The resort is absolutely beautiful and perfect if you have children. Plenty of activities for kids. The beach can’t be beat - absolutely gorgeous. We had 2 dislikes: food options on the resort and evening entertainment. The food is very overpriced, and not great in terms of options/qualify. Wish there were more freshly prepared, non-fried options available. For entertainment, it would be great if there were more entertainmnent options other than just live music in the evenings. Kid friendly shows, interactive activities, maybe some cultural show would be great options. Other than that, we had an amazing stay!

Never greeted with welcome lei, for the price we paid I expected water bottles in the room. Disney characters were not visible throughout the property only at the breakfast.

Expensive as heck but you honestly get what you pay for. So worth it! Probably won't go back until I have kids to enjoy it with because my poor wallet can't take it. However, I will say even without kids this place was magical and all things you'd expect from Disney. So much to do, and love love love the "18 and older" pool and hot tubs! The beach is breathtakingly beautiful. Not sure how my experience would've been in the summer months because being Hawaii's winter it was still pretty busy, considering it was more affordable during this season it made sense. Other than the prices, I have no complaints. There is an ABC market across the street from the resort in walking distance that you can purchase grocery items to save money.

Very nice rooms, very nice beach and pools. We only had two complaints - most of the pools close at 6pm, and parking prices. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks were good. The two bedroom villa had enough room for 9 people as stated, and our patio led out to the yard where they have the movie night and the luau, which was an unexpected perk. I would probably not stay here again though because there are better options to be found around the Island, we probably could have rented a house for a month at that price.

Nice enough hotel and close to beach. I was not happy that my reservation said the room had 4 beds when it only had 3 beds. I was also not happy that when I took a bath in the jetted tub, black scum came out of the jets in the bathtub and the floor of the room was dirty with hairballs. That said, the hotel is great for kids and has a wonderful beach.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, kids loved the aunty beach house, food was pricey but it’s Disney

The best hotel that my husband and I have been to thus far. It was a true family vacation stay. Looking forward to returning for another visit. Thanks goes to them for make my granddaughters Make a Wish dream vacation come true.

We arrived early so were able to use the pool area and was told they were gonna call when the room was ready. They never called. There are professional photographers but they lost my data. Hope they find it

Nice hotel with lots of amenities. The kids enjoyed their stay. I would advise to book ahead for all the activities. They get filled quickly. I loved the luau. It was not too crowded and perfect for the kids. They did an excellent job. Wished the characters were more accessible. The character breakfast was ok. The dinner buffet was horrible. The food is not up to par for the amount you pay. Overall nice experience. Would come back for the kids.

Fine to stay in but the food throughout the resort is pathetic. We had to go out for food all the time.

Everything is a cost from excursion at the hotel to the beach. With the price charge per night, these amenities should be free.

No words, it was a wondersful stay while we were there. Relaxing

Great time. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The good at the hotel is quite expensive.

Was a wonderful hotel for young children. Our 18 month old had fun and there was areas set up where she could play without us having to hover. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, and excellent room accommodations. We did get a free room upgrade which was really nice. Wish it was closer to some local attractions such as pearl harbor and diamond head or that parking was cheaper. Would recommend for families.

Family oriented and amenities were great. They took care of everything. And it was a tropical paradise. Awesome pools next to the beach with its own lagoon!

We liked being away from Waikiki. Great facility for families. Having a kitchen helped save money on meals. Easy to get anywhere on the island from the location (Especially the North Shore). Customer service is first rate.

Lots of fun for little kids! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. We will definitely be back.
