First room smelled of mildew and mold as soon as I opened he door. Second room was better but no control for air conditioner. Table lamp next to bed would not work. carpets stained in hallways and rooms. I will need a hotel room for 4 days the following week. Definitely not this hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel at all. Overnight parking is $30, which i thought was high given open parking.

Upon booking this hotel, I was aware it wasn't one of the finer ones but the building and rooms are very much outdated. The resort fee is ridiculous considering there isn't even a pool provided. If renting a car, parking is $30/day and it's not a guaranteed that there will be a spot available for you. The staff members are friendly, however, the service is extremely SLOW! I would rather have more to stay at another hotel that provides you with your money's worth.

Upon check in to the room first thing we noticed was earplugs on the nightstand. Yes it was loud construction all night. Parking was limited to 15 to 20 cars onsite the $30 charge is kinda high as you have to double park if you get back to late not to mention braving the bar crowd smoking in the access way to parking.

The hotel is nice and clean, the only problem was the parking there a only 10stall in the back of the hotel and for us who staying at the hotel have to find parking outside or go to their sister company which is 3 blocks away and it was such a hustle for us cause we have 3kids who are all under 10's & toddler, they put us to waiting which is impossible cause there's more than people waiting. Other than the parking, the staff are friendly and rooms are clean. I wouldn't recommend to a family to stay in this hotel but if its a couple yes I would recommend

The sliding glass door did not close all the way so the noise from the street was a problem. Not much parking available. Had to park three blocks away and all parking cost an additional $30.00 per day. The curtain over the balcony door was duct taped together.

The location was convenient location and walking distance to beach, shopping center, etc. The room was bigger than I expected and pretty clean. I was pretty happy with the stay. Bathroom counter was too high for me since I am not a tall person. With resort fee, they provide beach chair, beach towel, DVD rental and shuttle service within Waikiki. I would go back there again.

Overall the hotel was clean and the stuff was good, although upon my checking in their system was having problems and so other guests were crowding around the front desk beacuse their key card couldn't work, cannot open the door. And upon chevking out there was only one front desk agent and was going slowly and so the line was building up. Its those simple mistakes and error that i just wanna mention but overall my stay was awesome and i would recommend to a friend.

Parking was awful. The website said $25 to park then it was more like $45 after all said and down

I got two room, and lucky enough to be upgraded to junior suite! Room is clean, come on, you come Hawaii for beach, not only stay in room, as long as it is clean. However, the parkingbecomes $30 instead of $26. Also their is staff in front desk is lack o energy level, doesn't want to be bothered to help his collegue, but hides behide of door to watch if I was driving away from their parking lot after I check out! It makes me feel I was not trusted!

We checked in a hotel and smelled like puke in one of the rooms. We called at night to housekeeping and no one picked up the phone. We called front desk and no one picked up.

Parking is $30 (website says $26). Also, they require a $100 security deposit, which they failed to mention at reservation. Only 1 person works the front desk at any given time, so when we checked in we were in line for - no joke - 37 minutes. There was a person there that kept trying to book a room with dozens of debit cards, only to become irate when everything was declined. Upon checkout, I noticed that the 3 folks in front of me checking IN were not asked for a security deposit. When I asked the gentleman at the front desk why, he said "oh, some folks are new and they forget to get that charge." YOU. HAVE. GOT. TO. BE. KIDDING. ME. Long story short - find someplace else to stay. The Aqua has a few other nice hotels in the area, but the Pearl location is not one of them. Luckily we were only in town for one night for dinner and drinks!

It was a great trip from beginning to end. The staff was very helpful to questions I had on sites I wanted to visit.

Very dirty hotel. My room's floor was covered with long black hair. It was late at night when I arrived so I had very difficult time to have sleep in this dirty dirty room.

Decent for the money. First impression at front desk very good but in the room the first thing we noticed was filthy carpet. The door to the balcony didn't fit well, the air conditioner was noisy. Clean sheets and bathroom. I guess you can't get much for $150 in Waikiki.

The hotel is in a good location (an easy walk to Waikiki Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very good value for money.

The room was spacious but kind of noisy. The staff were very friendly. The shower was kind of dirty.

Previous guests shampoo and soap left in the shower.

Hotel was very a consisting considering the tsunami alert was on Halloween night. Felt very safe. Overall my friend and I only stayed in the room to sleep so it was fine for us. It was a great location, we were able walk to diamond head.

The location is good, the hotel is okay for the price. I would recommend eating at teddys burgers nearby.

The hotel is nice and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and willing to help answer any questions. Great food and shops within a few minutes walk. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The only issue is the poor wi-fi connection. We had to go to the Starbucks next door to use the wi-fi.
