There was no elevator on the property to get to the 2nd floor and we had to lug our stuff up the stairs. The front desk lady’s daughter helped us and that was very nice. Also, the pool and hot tub was closed. Otherwise, the room was fine and the breakfast was good.

The front desk clerk was new, but she did great she seemed to be struggling and had to get notes, (please this is not a complaint) she got through it and she had such a great attitude and was very accommodating. The vending machine wasn't working and my daughter was really thirsty we got to get some of the breakfast juice. When we had breakfast the next morning the same clerk was in duty and made sure that we had everything we needed and was constantly checking tables, food, trashes, making sure everything looked good and welcoming. It's been a while since I have seen someone so accommodating in the hotel industry she was definitely a delight.

Do Not stay here! My 16 year old found drugs and needles under the mattress!! We left immediately. Still dealing with Orbitz trying to get our money back. The place was old, dirty looking and obviously unsafe!
Highly recommend for anyone needing a stay while traveling across SD. Very clean and cheap. Nice amenities.

The place smells terrible. You cant turn on water in bathrooms because the smell that comes out of there is vert bad. Bring yoyr own blanket because the one they have so thin, its unbelievable.
The hotel provided breakfast and tried to keep everything socially distanced, which was nice. But our room wasn’t very clean and one of the beds had children’s stickers in it when we pulled the sheets back to go to bed.
The ice machine was broken. The towels were very yellow. Yuck!
I have traveled all over. This is a very clean and basic traveler hotel and doesn't have that ragged feel that hotels priced like this, right off the interstate have. Reminds me of traveling in Europe or Asia---efficient and affordable.
My room was around 4 rooms removed from the swimming pool, yet there was a distinct mugginess to the carpet in the room, but most disturbing was the smell of chlorine from the pool that nearly asphyxiated me. I woke up an hour into my sleep virtually choking. Fortunately the window opened and had a screen on it, which allowed me to get at least a minimal amount of sleep for the night. Overpriced for that kind of experience. Avoid if you can, but that can be difficult on this highway in South Dakota.
We were on our way home from a Mayo Clinic visit and spent a night here. Friendly staff, clean accommodations, nice pool. Fit the description and we were very pleased.
