The house stands on a closed plot of 614 m² in a quiet part of Novigrad. Everything is quickly accessible on foot. The house is equipped with six apartments and about 400 meters from the sea.

The apartments are located on the first or second floor and in the attic with a separate entrance. The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortably furnished.

For the bikes we have a garage about 300 meters from the house or in the enclosed yard next to the house.

Shops, restaurants and the beach are within a radius of around 800 meters. Novigrad bus station is 600 meters from the apartments. The old town of Novigrad can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Pula Airport is 65 km away. Istralandia, a large water park, is 5 km away and offers a lot of fun.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into a spacious living room with dining area. This flat has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (200x160 cm) and a sofa bed for two more people in the living room. The amenities also include air conditioning, SAT/TV and free WLAN, which is available to you during your stay.

The outdoor area is enriched by balconies, each of which offers a picturesque view of the harbour and the old town of Novigrad. An ideal place to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or simply admire the view of the sea. Free car parking is available directly in front of the house on the street, making your stay here particularly comfortable.

Just a short walk away, you will find the beach and numerous shops and restaurants serving local specialities. The picturesque old town of Novigrad can be reached on foot in around 20 minutes. For a day trip, Istralandia, a large water park full of fun for the whole family, is just 5 kilometres away.
