Classic era resort motel kept in good condition a With a well maintained property.
Property is very old. On arrival the room phone and television did not work. Tried to look past that but on our second night the ceiling started to leak from the rain. Called front desk from my cellphone to report and had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Front desk person was very nice and offered a discount for the inconvenience.

The room was plain, no bars of soap, small bathroom, insufficient towels, and with what might be mold on the skylight shaft! The pictures are most deceiving of the reality!
Gorgeous hotel with lovely amenities and friendly staff.
They allowed our small dog which really helped us a lot. We stayed 5 nights. Breakfast was decent, coffee was ok, but the location even though off the highway, if you got a room toward the back you barely heard the freeway at night. So it was quiet enough given the location. Convenient to go to Sonoma County, Napa County, SF, or the coast for the day, which is why we chose Marin County to stay. Safe and can walk in a neighborhood right nearby or on a walking trail.
Staff was disorganized, non truthful and unprofessional. Would not reccomend this hotel.
