Plumbing and other issues throughout the stay
Shortly after arriving the upstairs toilet stopped flushing. It would fill up with water and then drain very slowly but nothing was flushing. We emailed the property manager and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures and videos several times they kept requesting more. The next morning I chased up and they asked to me send everything to a different internal email address to which I said they should forward on everything I've sent them already. The toilet downstairs worked but had barely any light so we had to use torches to use the only working Toilet between 12 people.
The washing machine leaked all downstairs and we had to clean up water all over the hallway and kitchen floor. By the look and damp mould smell of the cupboard it's in this is a regular occurrence. The floor outside the upstairs bathroom is constantly wet and the kitchen ceiling underneath has large damp patches so there's clearly a known plumbing issue here.
All of this was told to the property management, I said one toilet between 12 adults is unacceptable and they needed to get someone out but after chasing them later that day they said they couldn't send anyone and didn't seem to care about any issues.
The so pillows under the bed that we got out for the sofa bed were badly stained and filthy.
There living room glass table when we arrived was visibly broken and slanted. We tried to move it so it didn't get knocked over and the legs of the table fell off.
The whole property lacks basic maintenance.
