Just South of Noto town which is 2km away, and only 7km from its sandy beaches, you will find these two villas, each with its own pool and garden. They are a few meters apart, on their own plot, perfect for two families holidaying together. The historic town of Noto, as well as the stunning beaches of Noto Marina, Calamosche, and San Lorenzo, are just a short drive away.

The villa develops between a main house and an annex, both on ground floor only.

Main House
Here, we find a beautiful modern kitchen area with large doors that open onto the terrace. From the kitchen we access the two double bedrooms (160x200cm) with en-suite bathrooms with shower. There is a separate guest bathroom with laundry facilities.

Annex
Here we find a third bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower. The annex can only be accessed from the outside.

Outside
Surrounded by a picturesque rural landscape, the property is adorned with olive and citrus groves, framed by traditional dry-stone walls that enhance its authentic Sicilian charm. The spacious living room features a cozy seating space with double sofa bed, and a modern kitchen, complemented by a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, and two elegant double bedrooms (160x200 cm), each with an en-suite shower.

Outdoor Features
The outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and indulgence, offering a spacious veranda and sun-drenched terraces, perfect for alfresco dining or simply unwinding in the tranquil countryside. At the heart of the outdoor area lies a stunning private infinity pool (3m x 14m, depth 1.40m; open from April 5th to November 28th), complemented by a large, covered terrace with comfortable seating and an external bathroom with shower.
