Located on the top floor of Noto, a few metres from the Church of the Crucifix and a ten-minute walk from the Cathedral.This completely renovated flat is located on the ground floor of a turn-of-the-century building.A place with functional and comfortable spaces for your stay in Noto.The entrance door leads directly into the living room with a comfortable 3-seater sofa that converts into a double bed if necessary. This is followed by an equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge and washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for its proper use. A large round table and an open cabinet complete the room. The space is bright because in addition to the French window at the entrance, behind the sofa, there is a second French window.The bedroom, with an open wardrobe and double bed, is an intimate and cosy space. The adjoining bathroom with large shower is complete with complimentary toiletries and towels. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and blackout curtains.
