Staff was very helpful. We were booked for a king bed but there were none available so they gave us a room with 2 queens. As a gesture for this change, they provided 2 free breakfasts, which were excellent!

It was a peaceful experience I went to see the patriots play on Monday and although traffic was a headache the hotel was kind and friendly.

Perfect for a quick stay or extended-stay. Excellent excellent food in the dining room

while I was in Norwood, the experience at Four Points was really great

Convenient. Front desk was helpful whenever I needed something. Cleaning staff left a little to be desired. They tended to ignore the sign on the door. Didn't always leave the "clean green program" card. They would remove requested extras from the room without replacing them (like floor mats to help with the excess snow from my boots).

The hotel was fantastic, no complaints about anything except the location which I take complete blame for. We were going to the Patriots game and though a Boston native, we currently live in Maine. After a day of tailgating and football driving two and a half hours home was not in the cards. The hotel was a bit far from the stadium and we had trouble locating it. But once we got there the place is great. Beds were amazing and the hot tub was a nice way to warm up after a cold winter game

It's a great hotel for the money, the bed was amazing. I wanted to steal the pillows (but I refrained). Staff was friendly, pool and hot tub were good. Only complaint about the pool was the amount of chlorine, too much. The room was very small but spotless and well decorated. It's not very close to Gillette so if you're thinking of having a bit to drink either take the shuttle or stay elsewhere.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Construction a bit flimsy, heard the guy next door coughing numerous times. The location is on a busy road in an area of big box stores and car dealerships, but it is convenient for our purposes. I would still recommend for short stays.

The hotel was clean and orderly. Our room didn't have that typical humid hotel room smell or feel to it. The air conditioner also didn't seem to have one of those restrictions that keep the room at a stifling 75 degrees. Our stay was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were perfect for a morning swim after a work-out in their fitness facility. Though the facility was small, it had enough equipment to do a complete circuit without having anyone in my way. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. I was a little upset that I had to pay $14 for it at first, but if you eat out that's what you're going to spend anyway. They had smoothies, an omelet station, waffle station, and a number of other morning staples. Well worth it. All in all, it was one of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed at for the price it was per night. I would go again.

I booked this hotel to attend a concert with my daughters at Gillett Stadium. The location was wonderful! My request for a cot was met with a smile, a yes and a nominal ($20.00) feel. I will say, I booked on line indicating 3 individuals so I had not expected to pay for the cot, but I was fine with it. Especially when it arrived within 3 minutes of our arrival at our room! The food in the hotel bar was pleasantly surprising. The friendliness of the staff when I ventured down for my coffee in the morning was nothing less than delightful.

Enjoyed good food at the One Bistro restaurant. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Warm and welcoming. Would stay there again. Was permitted to check out late.

Nice, clean, and classy. Would stay at this hotel again!

2nd time at this hotel. Very comfy. Good room service. Good food. Nice gym and pool. Would go again.

In town for the Needham Soccer tournament with 900 other teams. Great hotel..centrally located...the kids had a blast in the pool...and great outdoor patio for the adults to hang out!

Centrally located with frequent shuttle service. Great experience overall.

The check in clerk was unprofessional...not really capable in handling my check in.

We had a very relaxing time. Everyone there were very helpful and nice!

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful. Location is great near many restaurants and shops

This hotel met all expectations. Service was great and restaurants on site were exceptional for the price. Would recommend this hotel to a friend!
