Unbeatable friendly and efficient staff as rarely seen in trips in the whole world, incredible A/C deficient it was freezing I had to change the room after being offered heaters!!! So high AC but we can heat your room.. to suffer just cold room …..I heard this claim constantly in front desk. Pillows not according with the hotel category. Thon is not among my next destinations

Great location in the town center and very helpful front desk staff. We were always greated with smiles. Breakfast was amazing. Saturday night was a bit noisy due to the restaurant and pubs nearby but that is to be expected when it is still light at 3 a.m. We will gladly stay here next time we visit Oslo.
Staff was very friendly and available to answer questions. Room was nice, clean and even in-room snacks were affordable. Terrific location.

Amazing service. Very close to everything in center of the city and easily walkable to many sites. Decent sized rooms with comfortable beds and spa like showers. Breakfasts were free & amazing!!!
Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Truly amazing breakfast. But dinner offered was pretty awful. Superior rooms cost more of course but are roomy enough. Standard rooms a bit small for US standards.
Room are clean but small. Bathroom sink is small. Breakfast is really good, they also have a 7-9pm light dinner

We LOVED this hotel! No need to look further if you are considering this hotel. The location was fantastic and close to everything including the train station. The breakfast was one of the BEST we have had!! There was a wonderful quiet space, fresh-squeezed orange juice, bread variety that was beyond what we anticipated, cheese assortments, fruit, yogurt, and other cold items. Then... the hot dishes. The spread was unbelievable! Meats, veggies, eggs (in many ways) and other dishes were amazing! Then...they provided a dinner (chef selected) at NO cost. What hotel does that? There is also a quiet area for reading, talking, etc. on the 8th floor. Like I said, look no further!
