Pretty decent hotel in the airport area with a very close walking proximity. The cleaning needed to be improved as we noticed some dirty spots in the bathroom (toilet bowl) so needed to self sanitize.
Paid for breakfast for my family but had flights rebooked (not our doing) and couldn’t make breakfast. Hotel would not refund me when I asked . Room was hot and all window handles were removed. Could not turn AC down and the hotel told us to remove batteries from thermostat to turn heat off.
Over all, it's very nice for over night stay. Breakfast smorgasbord is very good.
The hotel is nice, but nothing spectacular. Our reservation said that check-in began at 2:00 pm, but when we tried to check in at 2:00, we were told check-in began at 3:00 pm. We showed our reservation and did receive an apology, but after a 9-hour flight, it didn’t really make us feel better. The breakfast was decent and the fitness center was small but efficient. I would stay again if needed.
It was easy to get between the hotel and the main terminal. I found the staff to be very professional and did their best to keep it clean. I would stay there again.
