It's a safe and clean hotel.
Half sized (lengthwise) pillows don’t work for me being a side sleeper. Only one packet of regular coffee and the front desk wouldn’t give more even though there were two of us staying, then they never refilled the coffee. Lamp didn’t work until I fiddled with it.
Budget-friendly family option. The room had dust in the corners and the pool was down half the time we were there. But the front desk staff and the breakfast lady were all friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location with easy access to the beaches, Hollywood, Disney, etc.

Very good customer service and friendly, very clean place, very good location, good neighborhood, close to places to eat! The guests are well taking care of by stuff especially, Yvette and manager Dan!! We will definitely return to this place when we come back to Los Angeles 👍
Hotel was close to to malls and groceries stores. Nice staff and the rooms were clean. Will definitely book a room here again
Nice comfortable room, excellent location and overall I thought a pretty good value. Like the breakfast. The spa was working but water was only lukewarm. No exercise room at this property.
