Didn't like how dirty it was
The pillows were dirty and stained. The alarm went off at 12:30am for no apparent reason. We arrived 30 minutes early, but still had to wait to check in, even though there were many rooms available. Only a few cars were in the parking lot. It was only lukewarm water coming out the faucet. It was dirty under the bed and the bottom part of the open nightstand.
This place should be condemned! Seriously it is bad. I’ll never book non refundable again. Worst hotel I ever stayed at in my life & I’m not picky. Don’t go here.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Pool out of service,sketchy area.
Walking into the area where rooms are had a moth ball smell. My shower curtain had mildew stains. I had to place a towel in the tub to step in it. The exteria of the air condition made me scared to turn it on because I thought I would catch something e.g dusty, rusty etc.
It needs to renovate as soon as possible. Breakfast was terrible. I will not stay over again.
When I arrived at the hotel, I was not sure how long I would be staying. But all the staff treated us so kind and helpful. The rooms are very nice but not as clean as they should be. Stuff like under the bed and dressers. The mirrors were not to clean. But over all I like it ally and definitely will come back. That is if I leave I am still here. Just kidding. But I will return.
It's was ok I had a lot of fun It's was alright wish it was a much cheap er place to stay at but over all it was a good experiences at a hotel like this I wish food and beer was free

Horrible, don't go by the pictures cause they are not at all what these rooms look like. I booked the jacuzzi suite and was very disappointed when I arrived at my room.. My reservation said I would have a microwave which I did not have. The locations bar was closed for renovation. The shuttle bus to the casino was also down as well as the device that makes the room keys, so we had to keep being let into our room by the front desk. We only had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in a room that was reserved for 2 adults. The room was dirty and the hallways had garbage all over them. It was very convenient to the casino but other than that I would pay the extra money to stay somewhere else..
We were woken up at 2 am and made to stand in the cold for an hour because of fire alarm problems. We experienced an escort purchasing a room, wild parties, and tripped on trash in the court yard. The hall smelled like weed when we returned from dinner. The staff was especially rude. Never ever again.
Check n staff acted like we were wasting her time. Acted frustrated that I wanted both of my prepaid rooms. Room lacked refrigerator and iron that was advertised. Rooms were not clean. Too bad since the hotel is in a great location and ha a Bistro on site.
This was the most inexpensive lodging with decent proximity to Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge. The staff at the front desk told us the incorrect room # that didn't match our keys. Also, I had reserved a non-smoking room with two queen beds. When we finally were able to get into our room, there was only one quenn bed. Given the hassle with the room key I didn't even try. The sheets were clean as was the bathroom. The carpet , however, was stained and had not been swept. If you aren't an Ex -Peace Corps volunteer you probably don't want to stay here. There are no even decent places to eat close by. In general, if you are looking for 'bare bones' this will fit your needs.
