Not bad for the price but not the classiest place I've ever stayed either.

The staff was very nice and did help me. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. They had to switch out my ice bucket because it was very dirty. There were also lipstick marks on the pillowcase. My daughter wanted an extra blanket, but they didn't have any. They gave us an extra comforter instead. It was adequate for one night, but I'm glad we weren't staying any longer.

This entire hotel is beyond outdated! It is not clean, the carpet in the rooms needs to be replaced, immediately! It causes a disturbing odor. The bathrooms are barely functioning.

We read in reviews that this place was bad but we decided to go ahead since the photos looked good enough for us. First thing we checked was if there was any bed bugs. There was none. But we found something my wife was really angry about... a crack pipe! We could just imagine what goes on at that place that felt like a cheap motel, smelled like cigarettes, and a bed ready to collapse. We had 2 toddlers with us... it was just disappointing. We didn't even bother going back the second night even though we already paid for it. I called them and they told me I couldn't get a reimbursement for the second night since we already paid for it. Don't waste your money on this place.

booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds, my fault for waiting too long. We didn't expect 2 worn out double beds in each room, only 1 of the 2 rooms first issued was barley acceptable. The first one smelled like a litter box the second was like a smoking room, the 3rd room was just ok. had to find the 1 ice machine and the 1 microwave myself, no fridge or wave in any of the 3 rooms I saw. the event we were there for was extended 1 more night, the manager would only give me a full retail rate and told me since I booked online he couldn't do anything. I used their internet to book online at the Super 8 next door for all of $10 less that night. That was the best thing we could have done. The super 8 is 10 times nicer, stay there!! And to top it off My wife left her PJ's hanging in the bath room on the back of the door, when we checked out of the super 8 we went back to the red Roof and found her PJ's still in the room that had been cleaned and rented for that night that we spent in the super 8. Scary.............

Hotel staff polite, room had a horrible odor, towels smelt worse than vomit. There was a foul odor lingering around and out of the air-con unit. After hours, I walked less than two minutes across the lawn by the parking lot to a gas station. Multiple gun shots heard. On my way out of there, two very disturbed looking women kicked off into a huge fight. Walked toward the hotel & once in the room again I heard gunshots multiple times. Took 30 mins for the sound of sirens to come. Would highly not recommend to anyone with young children.

No extras. Guy at front desk did not provide any value to customer service. He compared lack of towels to the Super 8 across the rd...indicating they don't provide extra towels either until 930am.

Not what we originally booked. But because of the holiday weekend this is all we were offered. Close enough to places we wanted to visit. Rooms were okay but had a humid odor when first opened up. This is just a room, aside from coffee at the front desk there are no amenities what so ever. Pictures on website look much larger and nicer than what you get.

the bathroom was clogged and I have called the front office. Nobody assisted me with the issue but overall it was ok u guess

The room was clean, had to pay more for fridge/microwave, bed was hard as a rock, bathroom was cramped. Paid more than it was worth because of the football game.

The room smelled musty. The first room we had did not have a TV remote and the bathroom light was not working. We had to move our luggage to another room on the other side of the hotel. The check-in clerk was less than helpful. The gentleman at the desk during the day was more helpful. I would never stay at this hotel again.

We needed a place to stay just to take a break from driving. AC didn't really work, the staff was rude, and the area is a little risky.

Got us near where we wanted to be (Three Oaks). Been here before. Room this year was a bit better. King sized bed was nice to have available and comfy enough. Staff very friendly. Bad coffee in the lobby, no wifi.

The stay was good great location, friendly staff, comfortable, and clean rooms.

The room wasn't clean, sheets felt damp and sticky and weird stains all over the room. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. There were barely any channels, and it's in a dicey location. I'm a new yorker and I've lived in my share of dicey neighborhoods, but I genuinely felt unsafe at night. There were a bunch of guys hanging out on the balcony all night drinking and the parking lot was full of empty beer cans in the morning. Gross and unpleasant. And I had a "superior" king room. The staff was nice though.

It was fine for the area. Staff was nice. Wish I had noticed no breakfast; adds to cost of room to have to go out.

I did not feel comfortable, around the corner from the front desk.

Hotel is overall average. Staff was extra pleasant. Rooms could use a better cleaning.

The staff is very friendly but the room to me was not as much. Clean showers would be nice.

Asked for a non smoking room, given a smoking room. Given the key to the wrong room and walked in on someone. Sink pipes were leaking on the floor, when I asked for a new room I was told no they did not have any other rooms. So I has to stay in a smoking room with water all over the floor. TV only picked up 2 channels. Requested a wake up call but did not get one. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!
