We visited the area for Three Floyds' Dark Lord Day. When pulling in we were a little sketched out, but the hotel ended up being nice. It could use some work, but everything in the room seemed clean, was working, and was comfortable. There were several other people there for the event as well. We didn't get to eat in the diner that is right in the parking lot, but it seemed nice & was packed the day we left.

Choose the Ramada for a one night business trip. Didnt really have high expectations but it was actually a good stay. I called ahead to let them know I would need a late check in and got there after midnight. Staff that greeted me when I got there didn't seem too friendly but she was efficient. No elevator (that I could see) hotel was quiet, room was roomy, came with fridge, coffee maker and microwave, bathroom was decent size. Didn't try the bath products. Mattress and pillows were awesome. I have difficulty sleeping and I slept all through the night. Didn't hear any foot traffic. Continental breakfast was cereal, donuts, bagels, frozen waffles, fruit and yogurt. Have juice machine and coffee but tiny tiny paper cups. Checkout was a breeze!

comfortable bed, fridge kept making weird noises. other than that, the shower was only stand up, which was a small let-down.

I was expecting more for what I paid. I requested a none smoking room but unfortunately the room had a heavy smell of cigarette. The next day, I even had to wash all my clothes.

Nice clean room. Fairly quiet except for the heating fan kicking on and off. Did not care for the pillows and the toilet flush had very little pressure. Overall a very positive experience.

Had a great time last visit. Shuttle is very great, although on the way back from casino had to call the hotel and the lady was a bit rude. When got back to the room noticed a silverfish or similar bug on the pillow next to us. Otherwise great stay.

The room was quiet, except for the heater fan that was on all night. The bathroom, although clean, needed repair, leaks from faucet and shower stall. The room decor could use some updating. Continental breakfast was OK.

A great location if you are seeing an act at the Venue and need to stay over. Clean and decent, nothing special. Better than average restaurant and bar in the same location.

Stayed at the Ramada Inn durring the first weekend of the Chicago Poker Classic. Close to Horseshoe Hammond, several food options close by, not a bad option if you are going to the Horseshoe...

We only stayed one night on way to Chicago. Prince is good. Easy to find, Check in good. Room nice. Bathroom floor sticky. Quiet. Easy parking. At check out service was poor.

here to visit relitives, hotel should supply bottled water in the vending maching, overall good stuff ****

We (SIS), an organization for women in the arts, booked two rooms at the Ramada Inn in Hammond which is adjoined to the Dynasty Banquet Center where we hold our annual event. One room was booked through the Orbitz center. The initial room rate was cheaper than going straight to the hotel reservation service on line. However, when our featured speaker from LA could not make her plane due to an over run on tv show taping; we lost out on the monies paid through Orbitz because of the no refund policy. Therefore, we would probaly not use the system again for out of town guest. The hotel staff would not intervene and was not very helpful in our dilema. My answers in the survey pertains to the room we were able to stay in reserved through the Ramada Inn Reservations Department online.

I was not pleased with the way the front desk handled my check-in and out. Checking in they didn't explain one thing to me. She was busy eating and didn't want to be bothered with me. I thought the room was ok but if your remodeling the room should be someplace that you would enjoy. It was dark and really didn't have much to it.The remote didn't work, didn't no where the ice machine was. The amenities said they had a bar which wasn't there. It was just a very un-friendly hotel and i will never stay there again. I talked to other people also and they where not happy as well. Nobody could help you to find a resteraunt to eat at. It was alwasy somethign and sometimes rude.
