Checked in late and left early, just needed a place to sleep before driving again. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a surprisingly tasty free hot breakfast available for 3 hours in the AM. The coffee was good too.

Pay abit more and stay elsewhere, I wish I did. There's alot of other hotels right in that area. Walls are paper thin, guy next door slept all night with tv on , I'm a light sleeper, tried putting A/C or fan on for some steady sound to block out tv next door but neither worked ( broken ) . Soooo, after laying there for 3 hrs unable to fall asleep ( I did call down to front desk , nothing was done ) I had to go downstairs and ask to change rooms at 3 am. Not a good experience at all at this hotel . As soon as we walked in room I had to take one of the small face towels and clean sink too. Was pretty dirty ..... all carpet needs to be replaced too in the whole building ....

Convienient location and central to the dunes we wanted to see.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. We had a good experience again this year. A few maintance issues that I shared with front desk (loke sink draining slow and hall light out), otherwise a comfortable stay.

Toilet seat not present no place to put clothing while taking a shower. Also, only 1/2 of the secondary lock was present and there was gum in the eye viewer on the door. The pool area was small and cold and you have to go out in the hall to use the restroom which wasn't ideal with children. The facility was clean, the beds were comfortable, the heat worked and the night staff were kind and helpful. But with the other hotels in the same area of town I'd be tempted to try somewhere else next time.

Great price and a location close to Laporte where the Pyrotechnic Guild International (PGI) takes place every 3 or 4 summers. We also went to the beach on the Great Lake nearby and in many ways it was better than the ocean because of warmer temperatures, clear water, and no sharks.

Check in was smooth. Staff was helpful. Room was clean.

The hotel was way over priced and the first room they put me in didnt have hot water. Burn holes in the carpet

It was a reasonable, clean, comfortable night's sleep.

Room smelled musty and there was mold in the bathroom. So we asked for another room and there was only one other available. It smelled of smoke even though it was supposedly a non smoking room. Sheets smelled like they had not been changed.

We went to visit the casinos in the area. Perfect loacation if you are doing this. Customer service was great and very helpful. Eating area was to small and crowded.

Very comfortable for my 1 night stay. Clean facility and kind staff.
