We enjoyed our stay amd plan to go back in the future

Didnt like anything it was gross bedding was dirty and stained one of the towels was missing a chunk out of it. There was a bug in the tub. A broom leaning up on our door when we arrived. No extra toilet paper. When i asked for a towel they didnt want to give me one

Everything is completely awful. The staff was rude. The property looks nothing like the picture and there is nothing in the rooms but bed and a microwave on the floor

There wasn’t nothing we liked about the property, there were busted out windows, boarded up windows, trash everywhere even inside the rooms, the gardening of the property was terrible with up to 4 1/2 foot tall grass. We did not stay here and tried to get a refund but was refused to be given one back,l. The pictures online was nothing like what this property was in person. We ended up driving back home 4 hours away over staying there.

Location is great. However, we booked a King room and only got a double bed instead of a King. The place does not look like the pictures. We have stayed here many times because of the price. You do get what you pay for. The pro is they do have smoking rooms for smokers. The cons is that is hardly ever super clean and it is usually loud. The beds are okay, nothing fancy but comfortable enough to sleep decently.

needs a lot of up keep, not enough towels, lights did not all work, tv had very few and very limited stations

Was cheap. But crap carpets dortu lights flicker and neighbors drunk.

You get what you pay for when you book this motel. This motel should be condemned. There were holes in the wall, broken light fixtures, and furniture. The walls were very dirty. The motel door had dirt/black hand prints all over the backside. The TV was outdated. Only one channel was working. I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled heavily of smoke! I became ill because the odor was so strong. I will never stay here again. I would prefer sleeping in my car than this motel.

Terrible service My reservation for the room was not available I was ask to pay a higher rate because my reservation I had for week could not be found mind you my reservation was confirmed from the hotel

If you just want a place to stay and don't mind the looks or amenities, this is a good place to stay. Or first room has a TV, mini fridge and a microwave. But, the toilet leaked everytime it was flushed. The management have us a different room. But, it only had a smaller fridge and no microwave. Plus, neither of the TV remotes worked to the TV. Our Room was clean. The showerwas clean. But had hard water stains. On a good note, I was allowed to pay cash and not forced to use a credit/debit card like most motels. I did have to have a debit/credit card on file. But, it was only used to make the reservation.

I literally checked in at the front desk, got to my room, opened the door and almost threw up!!! I don't even know where to start. The walls were dirty...the comforters had unknown stains all over them (so did the lamp shades)...the curtains were missing pieces so they wouldn't even close properly...The entire place smelled like mold, probably because...there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was so bad, that I couldn't even put my luggage down. I turned around and walked out. I drove to 3 different hotels in the area looking for a place to stay as they appeared to be sold out online...EVERYWHERE. Finally after finding a place, I went back to get a refund. The clerk at the front desk said he would be able to refund everything except for $25 as I had used to room for 2 hours already. Being so disgusted and stressed out trying to find another place, I agreed to pay the $25. However, when I got back to my car, I realized that it hadn't even been an hour yet!!! So I went back in and showed the guy my original receipt and the refund...showing that not even an hour had past yet. He called the manager and he was able to issue the rest of the refund, but not before asking if I would like another room!!! LOL....I'm like "ummmm I'm good, but thanks though" LOL

Ill start with the good the lobby was fairly nice you could tell they just remodeled. Now on to the room, upon arrival compared to other motels I have stayed at, I was pleased with the presentation of the room, new carpet, and the one painted wall color was very cool and modern, however the blanket was very old and out dated, the sheets were very worn, and the tv was a tube tv. The bathroom was partially ok, I liked the towel rack, the bathroom appeared clean until I went to use the shower , tub had a spider web and spider in it. And was not as clean as I would have liked, but not horrendous. You can tell they are trying and are in the middle of making there establishment a better place.

The lady at the front desk is very cooperative and polite. Nothing else about the hotel seems right. The rooms haven't been updated for a decade, you get smoky rooms even when you booked non-smoky, Towels are unclean and the housekeeping literally barges into the room without permission. Don't go for the low ball

We rented two rooms and one had a leaking tub and wet floors, the other had stained bedding, mold, and cobwebs everywhere. It was definitely dirty and I would never recommend it it to anyone.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I realize it is not a Holiday Inn and that is just what I like about it. I have not had a bad stay at this hotel, until this stay. First let me say, the front desk staff is very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. The first room we checked into was filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. We went to the front desk and she immediately apologized and set us up in a different room. This room seemed okay until we went to bed. The sheets had not been washed and it was majorly gross. It was extremely late so we resolved by flipping over the fitted sheet and shaking out the others the best we could. The people next door had their TV blasting all night and their children we so loud through the night and the next day. It sounded like a playground. The next day we complained and the lady once again apologized and sent someone over to quiet the room next to us. She put us in a different room, so that it would be quieter for us. The other room was mostly clean, with the exception that the carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed. It was quiet for a while. Then some college kids moved next to us and had a party. We heard music and yelling all night. We complained to the front desk twice and they immediately went over and told the group to be quiet. We found out that this group is a regular group that comes there. They did turn off the music by midnight but we still could hear them talking and yelling most of the night. I am so unhappy about my stay, especially since we have stayed there so many other times with no complaints. They must have different housekeepers there since we stayed last. If you stay here, just make sure you check the bed and talk to the front desk. They will try to make it right but they won't refund.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. The 1st time was ok because the heat was on when I got there. The next 2 times I froze my but off. It was so cold in the room I could see my breath. It takes 5 to 6 hours for the temp to be even close to comfortable. The last time the room looked to have not been cleaned at all. They did not put soap of any kind in the room. It was the cheapest hotel in the area. You get what you pay for.

first room was very bad with smoke odor, then changed to another one felt much better. People are nice over there.

Knights Inn is by far the worst motel I have ever stayed at. The room was filty and looked as if nothing had been updated or repaired in 20 years. The carpet had large black stains all over it and it made me scared to walk on it in bare feet. The toilet would not flush so they had a plunger sitting beside it for you to use. The mirror, sinks, night stands, TV, microwave (which did not work) were all filthy. It had tape on every outlet holding the plug ins so they wouldn't fall out. During my 4 night stay I never saw a house keeper. Our bed was never made and received any clean towels. I would not let a dog stay in this place.
