We didn't want to stay in Chicago. This was a perfect option to zip in to Chicago for our evening entertainment and back to the hotel after the show. Very quiet. Lovely breakfast. Free parking. Good dinner options locally. We will be back.

We stayed one night at this hotel. I had called the day before our arrival to ask if at least one of the two rooms we had booked could be ready early. We were coming to town for a funeral, and wanted to change and freshen up after driving for 5 hours. They were happy to help. When we got to the hotel, both rooms were immediately available. When I told the person at the desk why we needed this, she changed our room rate to a bereavement rate. I would have never even thought to ask for that. Then she offered us free water, and made clear that we should let her know if we needed anything during our stay. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok - not great. But, I would stay here again in a minute, if we come back to the NW Indiana area.

I don't normally rate so high bc we all have room for improvement but this hotel hit it spot on !! Very helpful, friendly staff. We used the pool, gym and the wonderful breakfast every morning. A+.

well when we received the bill under the door it had two nights on the bill and we were only there one night. Took it to the front desk and the front desk person obviously did not know that the customer is always right because she argued with us that we were there two nights because that is what the paper said. We told her we were only one n ight and had checked in at 3pm the day before and would not pay for the second night . Still don't know if it has been straightened out because the manager was suppose to email or text me a let me know she had corrected the bill and to this day have not heard anything from her. Will probably not stay there again.
