Our room was spacious and comfortable (king suite). They seem to be having issues with the heating-our fan didn’t stop the 1st night then was on 3min, off 4 min the next night. Other family staying there had heat quit middle of the night and another had a banging fan. Food was okay but not great. Disappointed the pool was closed

Please do not believe the 4 star reviews. We got in at 0230 after a very long day. While checking in, I asked for an extra blanket. I was told that if I needed an extra blanket I could ask the manager for one the next day, at 11. Which is when checkout is. But there was no way they could get a blanket. The night staff was incredibly unfriendly, and unhelpful. The room itself was dirty- scuff marks on the walls, food smeared on the wall by the table, no trash can in the bathroom, mildew in the shower, paint chips on the floor, etc. When leaving the next morning (at 1050 because there was NO WAY a late checkout could be arranged), I attempted to get coffee. The coffee looked as though they had been using the same grounds for multiple pots, and was lighter in color and thinner than apple cider. The only things I can say that are positive about this trip is that the girl at the front desk this morning was bright and friendly. Enough so that it made me smile. The rooms were also quite large.

Everything and everywhere it was DIRTY. My room wasnt cleaned. Paid $175 and the condition of the room was just horrible, floor not vaccumed, hair dryer in the bathroom had hair everywhere, mini refrigerator had water glasess, coffee amanites were not stocked, the furniture had food stains all over the room. We had our 17months baby with us regreted the stay. At the front desk the manager ans the staff were arguing, one of the staff had to ask another staff to help us login. Just unbelievable hotel and it's service. Never recommending nor booking anything with this property. Orbitz should not consider such hotels to their customers on the app. This hotel ruined our entire trip. Disappointing.
The room had small pieces of toilet paper/dirt all over the floor. The air conditioning unit screamed while it was running(we're in the middle of July, mind you). When asking for a cover & sheets for the pull out bed, I was handed two wadded up sheets(no cover). The trash cans had dried up liquids still inside of them. The sconces in the bathroom had stucco on the fixtures. There was rock salt on the back stairs, obviously from last winter. After paying almost $200 for the room, you tend to expect just a little bit better accomodations. When addressing this with the management, thier response was "Sorry, we'll try better next time." There was no attempt to try and ease the dissatisfaction.
nice size room for a couple day stay near some good restaurants retail etc and super close to 65 NS whichever way you are going understand the need for the coffee machine dispenser in the breakfast room but man, wow! not very good only interaction was with front desk and she was great!
It had a awful smell on my floor. It was so strong it came through the room.
The eggs served with breakfast we're luke warm and tasteless. The coffee wasn't good. Everything else was very good.
The pool and hot tub were salty. The room was nice. I wish the tub was a soaker tub but it wasn't.
Well worth the price. Quiet even though it was filled
friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, and wifi. Fitness center and indoor pool looked like they were in good shape (I did not personally use those amenities). Mattresses could stand to be changed out and upgraded as the beds were not as comfortable as I would have expected.
