This Ramara Northglenn Plaza hotel has a good location. Condition of the hotel is very bad. It is dirty, the furniture broken, refrigerator works like freezer. The breakfast was very good. Staff in the hotel were nice, helpful. Management in the hotel doesn't doing a good work to keep this hotel in that dirty and broken condition. I am surprised, how this hotel allowed to operate? The rental property has yearly inspection by government authorities, but how about the hotel? It should be closed for renovation and clean up.

Red patched up walls that look horrible. Old lamps and tables. Hotel just looks dirty. Not somewhere to stay if you want a decent pure relaxation.

I planned to book 2 nights thru Hotels.com at Quality Inn because their pool is heated & inside, their whirlpool tub is comfortable, & their breakfast is filling. My husband booked at the Ramada to surprise me. 1. The hotel & its parking lot was difficult to find. Signage was confusing & not placed at intersections. 2. Check in went smoothly but the clerk didn't give me breakfast tickets for both mornings we'd be staying. I had to return to the desk to ask for them. 3. The room was comfortable. It was nicely decorated & the beds were firm. However, housekeeping never visited our room to refresh coffee supplies, towels, or soaps. 4. Our trip to Denver was 10 hours so we planned to relax in the pool & whirlpool tub. When we arrived, the whirlpool was malfunctioning wildly & the pool was VERY COLD! Too cold to swim in or relax. 5. Breakfasts were very well done. I enjoyed coffee, pastries, & eggs as well as fresh fruit. When I returned to my room with a cup of coffee and fruit to snack on, I was stopped in the hall and informed this was against the rules. I would have to leave my fruit and drink the coffee from the pot in my room. I was not happy with this rule. 6. The restaurant/bar was staffed with very friendly waitresses. My grandsons watched boxing and basketball on the "big screens" while we waited for our order. The price we were charged was very reasonable & the food was good. We were permitted to bring leftovers to our room but not our soda.

This hotel was very run down. the bathroom counter was cracked, the shower had mold and cracks that were filled in poorly. My teenager found something red on the back of one of the pillows. Not sure if it was blood, but when I took the pillow to the reception desk, the clerks didn't seem to care. It took over two hours to get the roll away and shower towels we had requested (there were only two shower towels in the bathroom for a family of 5). The pool was too cold to go swimming. My children were quite disappointed. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. With that being said, we will certainly NOT be staying here again.

The hotel was very outdated and the cleanliness was not up to par. The hotel structure and design has a lot of potential, but needs some updating and a deep cleaning.

The ramada was conveniently located off of the interstate and very easy to get to. Front desk was helpful and check in was done quickly. My room was as described with a very comfortable bed. To me, it seems as if the hotel needs a bit of a facelift as much of the decor and structure is older. Nevertheless, I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

Room looked oldl! Curtains looked like they have never been cleaned and had holes in them. Hair ties were found all over the floor. Red wall had at least three different shades painted for cover up spots. Door would only close if it was slammed. Will never stay at Ramada again nor would I ever recommend it

Noisy high school group made a rukus Could hear the elevator up and down all night Pool was filthy things floating in it Breakfast was good It was an ok place to shower and sleep

Staff was great, friendly..room was clean, very comfy beds - perhaps with pillow top?

The room was very clean and everyday the staff picked up an cleaned the room.

An older hotel with some signs of age but, clean, comfortable and well staffed. I would not hesitate to book room in this hotel again.

my first experience didn't go well at all. I decided to give them another shot and I am so happy I did.

Overall great experience. Great breakfast. Jacuzzi and sauna were great relief after a long day.

Recent stay of 3 days was pleasant. Good northern Denver location. Nice indoor pool, attached restaurant, and pleasant staff. On a minor note, our single King room was a little cramped.

This was my second stay, as the location is very convenient for my business needs. This time, I asked for a room further from the freeway/West view. That made a big difference on traffic noise. I slept much better. They breakfast buffet was still great. Convenience of Damons(restaurant/bar) on-site made it super convenient to work late and still know that I would be fed when I was done.

we lover to stayed in the hotel we expended 3 night there it was quit, the pool my little one love the water was warm all the time which was perct por her. the buffet breakfast it was great, we saved many in the way. we are so happy thanks guys.

It was a very good experience overall. I do wish that the rooms ac unit was working properly, and that the bathroom would have an exhaust fan. I ended up setting off the rooms smoke detector a few times taking showers because of the steam.

Overall, very good stay, Only problem, was suppose to have a fridge and didn't, even after asking for one for three days there.

good location but thats it. dirty, noisy room complete with a mouse. when i brought it to the attention of the front desk, her reply was it must be that time of year! no i am sorry, no i will send someone, no concern or compensation at all. it should not be on anyones web site as a choice!!

The hotel was great. The amenities were everything you would need and much appreciated. Location not to bad and was away from the majority of traffic Denver is known for. Would like to see the prices get a little better than 79.00. When booking it actually reflected 69.99 then all the available beds were at 79.00.
