staff is very nice. room is clean!they helped me figure out the flight time!Thank you for letting me caught on the flight on time!

Everything was great, the room was huge, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was ok.

The hotel was great, clean rooms, decent breakfast, nice staff, but you go outside and its like living in the projects. People screaming, blaring their car stereos and we saw drug bags in the parking lot.

This hotel is in need of a severe renovation! Stinks like an ashtray! There's no way this is a non-smoking hotel. Our room reeked. The bldg must be 40 years old and has prob been a string of stinky smoking hotels or motels or apartment complexes. Really in need of total renovation or demolition. I'm not sure you could ever save this property. I'll never stay at a La Quinta. $130 for what should be a $50 a night dump. AVOID!!

Room smelled like smoke, awful! Outside needs painting. Third floor room hard to access with luggage. People outside at night in parking lot, making noise.

Okay hotel, but when we arrived there was a note that said the water would be turned off at about 2:00pm. That was okay as we weren't planning to be there in the middle of the afternoon. At 5:30, when we came back, dirty from a day out and needing a pre dinner shower, the water still wasn't working. I complained to the manager who basically did nothing and wouldn't even make an adjustment to the room rate.

The staff was very good. We asked for a extra bed and they provided at no charge. It appeared that the sheets on the rollaway had not been cleaned. The free breakfast was ok but not special. Excellent location to the attractions we attended.

Overall the experience and the price were great, but the hotel staff were rude and denied to give us any towels for our room saying they already delivered some (they didn't).

The hotel was in a great location and the room was fairly cleaned. The only problem we had was being stuck next to a room with people who had dogs that barked all morning and asking for towels a couple of times and never receiving any.

Would tell others and family. Great people that would help us out.

Great help from the staff. Would stay at this hotel again.

Overall, for the price in the Denver area it was nice and had free internet and breakfast. It would be nice, however, if the breakfast started earlier because every morning I had to leave for my meetings downtown before breakfast was out. The floors weren't very clean in our room and the tile in the bathroom had visible dirt. I didn't want to walk on the floors without shoes on. I had my 7 month old son with me and made him play on the bed only and not crawl/walk on the floors since they were gross.

The location was very good for our purposes, as we were passing through the Denver area for a brief visit with an old friend. The room was comfortable in all respects, and a good value for the price. Even though the property was close to a busy road, the room was quiet; we slept well. The breakfast we very good.

This hotel could be really nice with some staffing changes or training. The things I have to say will make the hotel sound really ghetto but actually I think it is a case of afew bad apples spoiling things. When we arrived, the air conditioner didn't work and maintenance came right away to fix it but blamed us for the malfunction. Our bathtub drain was plugged and my first shower left me standing in someone else's dirt and hairy water. They fixed it but no apologies for how filthy it was. After that we felt funny about complaining yet again and just decided to be grateful for a clean tub. Housekeeping was terrible! We spilled some cereal on the floor and it stayed there for the next 6 days.We also felt rushed to get out of our room by about 10 am because the maid kept asking us if we just wanted to skip service that day or when did we want her to come back. Our room faced an outdoor stairwell and there was often trash, cigarettes butts and once a wine bottle left there, which I finally picked up together. The complimentary breakfast was nice with lots of choices but only open until 9am so no sleeping in. The room had no fridge and no microwave. I would not recommend this hotel until they get their act together. days.

Nice location - just off the I25 on the north end of Denver - but unfortunately, off the beaten path. A bit hard to get to, freeway noise, a bit on the worn and rundown side of things. A few restaurants, but they are hard to get to. The decent locations are across the freeway, with the nicer hotels. If you just need a cheap bed convenient to the interstate, this is it. Don't expect much and you will be happy.

Older but updated; clean & nice room, great staff.; good breakfast; handy location; good overll value.

The hotel was clean, the desk personnel very professional and helpful. Pillows are old and tired. Again, rooms were clean, daily room cleaning could be better.

Hotel was great, staff was excellant and enjoyable to talk with. The room was very clean and all was in order. Our stay was very enjoyable.

The hotel room was clean and had the basics, but the walls are " paper thin." It's also not convenient to any restaurants except your basic Denny's look alike. Breakfast included was okay too, but not noteworthy.

Hotel was terrible. Dogs barking, random people knocking on the door in the middle of the night, room smelt of smoke, and dirty comforter. Tonya (GM) was wonderful, she was very nice and accomodating. Terrible facility, wonderful staff.
