Nice and clean, comfy beds, handy to the Highway.
I only stayed overnight, but my room had a small but full kitchen. That would be good for people staying longer and wanting to cut restaurant costs. I liked having a free shuttle to the airport.
‘Airport’ hotel did not offer pick-up service from airport or available times for drop-off. Spent additional $50 on transportation to/from airport. Dirty towel on floor when arrived. Mold in bathroom. Would not recommend and request some sort of refund.
Location close to airport. However, it's also remote from restaurants. There's only drop-off shuttle. Need to take expensive taxi or uber to hotel.

The room was adequate. The beds were hard. The bathroom was cramped. We were unable to get the air-conditioning working. After more than 20 hours of traveling, it was not something I wanted to have to deal with.
Was a great place to stay. Clean spacious room. We arrived late and it was simple getting checked in. Would stay here again for sure.
The furnishings are nice and so is the staff but the air conditioner made a huge racket all night and there were large gaps in the door where you could see light coming in from the outside. Locks were flimsy. Did not feel safe.

Sorry to hear you had issues with the air conditioner during your stay. Did you mention this to staff during your stay so we could have tried to rectify the issue or moved you rooms. We are also in the process of renewing our mattresses and have majority of the hotel changed. However I am sorry you experienced this and hope you will give us another chance to provide you with quality accommodations in Brisbane.
