Front desk gentleman was very nice when I checked in. Then I go up to my room. The toilet had not been cleaned. There was urine and pubic hair on the toilet seat. That was horrifying so I ended up having to clean it myself. I did let the gentleman know and he said he was going to document it. Also, they only serve coffee in the lobby on the weekends. That is crazy! All hotels at least have coffee in the lobby for guest. They want you to buy coffee from their cafe. I did have coffee in the room that I used. They really should consider keeping coffee in the lobby. That is something that is offered at all basic hotels. Wish I had known.

As Holiday Inns go, this property in Fredericksburg was very nice. It seems that my room was recently upgraded/refurbished.
Very friendly staff. Hotel was exceptionally clean with modern amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Limited menu but everything we ordered was well prepared and tasty. I recommend this hotel.
I arrived very late (10:45ish) exhausted from driving and needing a good night’s sleep. I was more exhausted when I left by 7:30 the next morning. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff friendly. Those weren’t the issues. There’s no sound insulation between rooms so I heard EVERYTHING in the next room- totally normal stuff like watching Tik Tok and throwing away a wrapper. The worst was their alarm at 5:33, then 5:41, 5:50, and 5:59. When I said ‘screw it’ and got up myself to get ready for the day, the TV kept turning off like maybe my neighbor was doing it. So it’s a great hotel unless you want to sleep while you’re there.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is helpful, the restaurant is great! The room is clean and fresh. Slept great!
Staff at breakfast were rude, breakfast was suppose to be served until 9:30, but by 9 the stop restocking. Rooms were clean, buts beds were not to comfy.

Pro: The room was spacious with high ceilings. Breakfast daily. Laundry is only $1.00 Con: The Internet is terrible, doesn't work. There's no printer in the business center. The phone in the room doesn't work. Told the front desk twice about it and nothing was ever fixed.
I was first was given a room that smellled like cigarette smoke. I requested another room. Next day I realized I had bed bug bites from my second room.
toilet handle was broken, bathroom had visible staining on the wall near toilet. It looked as if someone had thrown up and not been cleaned properly afterwards. Multiple stain on room wall and it appeared and smelled like there was possible water damage or leakage.
