WiFi is good door not working difficult to enter in your room

The motel is the worst I have ever stayed; it was not adequately cleaned, the sink was broken, nothing was really clean, and the smell was horrible. I ended up sleeping in my vehicle and departed early - the smell of smoke and other odors gave me a migraine. At least the drug dealers left when I arrived, given I was driving an unmarked.

Desk clerk literally asked for my PIN number to my debit card, saw a cockroach within about two minutes of being in my room, blankets had cigarette burns in them, people talking loudly outside all night, barely any hot water.

It was a cheap stay... what could one expect. Its a run down property where everything bad is present and owners seem busy just milking it whatever way they can. If one is able to severly cut down their needs than you can survive your stay here.

No running water, police cars out front. Bad part of town. The only plus was the manager who was very professional.

Absolute garbage. The staff was okay but it smelled awful and they don’t HAVE THE BEDS THEY ADVERTISE THEY HAVE. No king beds. False advertising.

Lady at check in was very nice. However, when I booked, I booked a room with a king size bed and a non smoking room. When we got to the room it was 2 double beds and smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom was gross and we were afraid there were going to be cockroaches and bed bugs. We left and went down the street to the Hampton Inn.

Creepy place! I went to use the restroom and there was no flushing handle! I checked the sheets and there were stains! The super old comforter had what seemed to be cigarette burns! The shower was dirty! It was just bad all around! I had to call for a refund and left immediately! Unless you’re super broke and can’t afford something for a few bucks more, then it’ll do, i guess. But not worth your peace of mind!

I booked this hotel as an overnight stay for my pregnant daughter and her son. Their room was filthy, disgusting and dirty as was the bathroom. The breakfast was no more than cereal and a piece of bread left in the bread box. We will never recommend this place to even a rodent.

The staff were excellent, friendly and did all they could with the horrible conditions of this motel. There were bugs, many of the lamps didn't work, the ice machine was down, the tv was from the 1990s, the paint was cracking and the shower was just a light mist instead of a shower.

The room that we was in smelled so bad we could not even sleep in it the pictures on a wall look like they was hanging up there for years the bathroom was nasty toilet look like someone had using it and didn't flush it. In the paint on the walls look like it's never been painted the carpet had stains in it.

Supposed to be non smoking, smelled like smoke. Floors were sticky and gross. Bathroom had bugs and the ceiling in the bathroom was coming down.

Stayed 2 nights in non smoking room with horrible smoke odor. Room was not cleaned, nor beds made after our 1st night! Only stayed a second night because it was prepaid. I had to go to the office and request clean towels because the phone in the room didn’t Work. Would not recommend being outside after dark !

Door lock card reader worked half the time. Chair broken old tv picture was in black and white. Bathtub slow to drain dead bug on sink. Breakfast poor just enough to say it's breakfast. Bread cereal coffee apples were brown juice was an orange drink . The only good thing was price.

Needs lots of TLC. Plaster loose on wall and sagging in bathroom. Room door was bent and barely closes at bottom. Electric and cable outlets are loose and hanging out of wall. Once we turned the lights out things were better, and did get a good nights sleep. After this we didn't even try the breakfast which sounded meager. Think they said toast and coffee only. We booked based on Travelodge name but never stayed in one that was in this condition. With rehab this could be a nice property.

I was not happy. Did not feel safe. A guest BANGED on the door at 3AM..I did NOT feel safe..couldnt sleep. Breakfast was dissapointing. Will not stay there again.
