This is a five star hotel and it feels like it! First class service, excellent location (right next to the subway and two stops to the museums etc). Spot on

We had a great time and can't wait to do it again . Thanks

This hotel has everything including malls, restaurants, transportation, safe area, beautiful places. Definitely we'll be back to this lovely hotel again soon.

Great place to stay at if your running the Marine Corps Marathon, or visiting the mall, or the Pentagon. Great staff. Very good selection of restaurants to choose from. Getting to the Metro could not be easier! The new Mall next door is great. Great Location!!!!!!!!! The only negative was the shower in room 602 was substandard, with low water pressure.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a local wedding and we had a great experience. Beautiful hotel, great staff, and couldn't ask for a better location. I would definitely stay here again!

This Hotel is a great place to stay if you don't have a car. I say this because there is only valet parking, which compared to other valet parking for the DC city is not bad ($39/day); I saw one hotel that was $50/day deeper in the city. It is close to the Reagan International Airport, and there is the subway access right out front on the door. There is also a mall that is next door for those who want to shop. I also found a Irish Pub just outside of the mall that had great food. Over all our experience was great, the beds where comfy, and the staff really tries to help. It has a pool on the third floor (only 4 feet deep at the deepest end) steam rooms where nice. We did NOT like the T.V. options, there was no real menu to tell us what shows where playing, your selection where limited; we also had to call the engr twice to come and fix our TV - first the closed captions didn't work, then the tv froze up completely. Did not try the hotel food, bar, or mini bar - too expensive for my taste. Over all it was nice.

Spectacular hotel. Tempted to become a resident =)

The staff was wonderful. The restaurant was fine. The location is outstanding. The cheap weekend rate was good. The rooms are a bit tired. It's time for a refresh. Access to the mall next door was convenient. Room HVAC wasn't great.

Very nice would come again and attached to the mall which was convenient but dangerous for shopping!!

My visit at the Ritz-Carlton has always been a very good experience. The staff and all supporting personnel are always polite and eager to make your stay at the hotel a memeralble and positive experience.

We traveled to DC to participate in the Marine Corps Marathon and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The staff was top notch - kind, helpful, professional. The Metro is located directly outside of the front door of the hotel. The room was clean and quiet. The hospitality when arriving and departing the hotel was first class. Highly recommend!!

friendly staff, convenent, elegant hotel. wonderful room service. enjoyed the upgrade.

Loved the location and the service provided. Views were amazing and the staff was stellar. However the rooms were average. I believe its time for some renovations.

This isn't as glam as the Ritz on M in Foggy Bottom, but for the price it can't be beat. It's a bit old school, even by Ritz standards. However, if you're just looking for a clean room, friendly staff, excellent location and decent amenities, then this is perfect.

I really liked this hotel. Although I had some problems checking in, I was happy with my stay. The rooms were clean and classy. The staff was helpful and excellent.

Five star location and staff. Everything you could want is just steps away. Metro is literally out the front door and will take you anywhere in the city in minutes.

I arrived late and had to leave early so being near Reagan was a big plus. Nice, comfortable hotel, but starting to fray a bit about the edges. Breakfast buffet was reasonable. I ordered off the menu one morning and the hash brown potatoes were terrible -- looked like they'd been cooked the day before. Staff were very helpful and congenial.

Great stay with attentive staff and wonderful rooms

1st stay at a ritz. I expected luxury, cleanliness and value. I was pleasantly surprised to find the staff to be personable and kind as well as very customer oriented.

Super hotel with great staff. Perfect stay for a family trip to DC. I'm pretty picky, so I was pleasantly surprised.
