The hotel looks like 5 star but is was very cheap, all the personal was very professional and friendly, the room was clean

Comfortable and very quiet. Exelent facility and they surprised us with a voucher for a free breakfast buffet.

This is a good hotel located in a nice town. Room is clean, staff is helpful. But the wifi there is low speed.

HOTEL WAS OKAY. HOTEL WAS UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION, WHICH WAS VERY DISTURBING. BAR CLOSES EARLY, SO WHEN WE GOT BACK TO THE HOTEL FROM A BUSINESS DINNER WE COULD NOT EVEN ENJOY A NIGHT CAP.

I booked a room with club lounge and when I arrived was remembered from my last visits and given a suite. i now know why they call it a suite, because it was sweet. Probably the best room I have ever had. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating, which is what you want from a hotel. The only complaint I would have is the prices at the bar, but that would be my complaint anywhere.

The parking was a little crowded, the staff was friendly and helpful, the shower head wasnt that nice.

My dayghter had a trip with People to People World Leadership Forum and stayed at this hotel. I picked her up on Sunday and had reserved a room for that night. I traveled overnight from New York and was exhausted. The staff let me check in early and I was able to rest. The room was very comfortable the bed was amazing and the staff was outstanding. I loved that they had a lifeguard at the pool I felt safe taking my daughter and not having to get in myself. I would definitely stay again.

I needed a change in scenery, and this did the trick

Spent two nights at the hotel. Service was excellent, location was close restaurants, banks and gas station. Only problems i had was that the bathrooms did not have vents or windows . Prices were high for hotel little store and continental breakfast and no free Wifi.

I haven't stayed at a Sheraton in a very long time, and now I know why! The shower barely had any water pressure and had to fight to attempt to even get the shower portion to work. No bathroom amenities. There is no mini fridge in the room. The bar lounge has last call at 11:30pm. And have a terrible selection for wine. They were also going through a remodeling, and honestly they should let you know beforehand so you can decide if you choose to stay there.

Having this awesome hotel so close (>2mi.) from our son's apartment allowed us to spend time with them then catch the Metro in Vienna to the Smithsonian to hear another son perform at the American History Museum. We have stayed in other hotels in the vicinity, but none as nice for the price. Great Value! I do however wonder, why all the wonderful 5-star amenities then plastic cups? Call me weird, but real glasses are one of the things that, for me, separate 4 & 5-star from lower. That being said, this will be our new home-base when spending time with our Reston based family members.

Very underwhelming. From the entrance that requires holding a door open while pulling luggage to a failure to provide adequate directions to the room, to an inconvenient layout in the bathroom requiring one to squeeze next to the toilet to use the sink, to charging for in-room Wi-Fi (and it not being very fast). Knew going in there was no breakfast included, so can't complain about that, but still didn't like it. With that all, said, the bed was comfy and clean. My family and I will stay elsewhere next time.

The Sheraton in Reston is a great place be roam around the Washington area. Not too close to DC but rather out in the country. The rooms have been upgraded and the business center has great access to the Internet.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and willing to assist anyway possible. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Stayed at the Sheraton to attend Pragmatic works technical training. The hotel room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was somewhat dated. A map of the hotel in the room would have been useful. Overall nice, but with room for improvement. No vending on my floor and no wet bar, so getting a soda is a pain. Bed was very nice.

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Was only there for a short time, but will definitely stay again.

The Staff was wonderful and made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Everything was very nice, especially the staff and the transportation.

Room was clean and comfortable. No major surprises. I would certainly recommend the hotel. I hope that the same deal is available for my next visit.
