Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The hotel was too noisy and the guest allowed their children to run up and down the halls. When I called to informed the desk about my next door neighbor fighting which continued until 1:00 am the front desk never responded. They never took any action to remedy the problem. I called at least twice to days in a row, about the doors slamming and loud individuals in the hall outside my door with no results or resolution of the problems,

Service was slow... restaurant and bistro ran out of many items including creme for coffee.i would recommend Hyatt Regency in Crystal City as first pick for overall accomodations.

The room is good. Staff is helpful. Had problems with printing from their laptop. First time we stayed, everything was nice. Second time my main peeve was power outlets are loose - almost everyone I tried. One of service people tried to help even though it is not his responsibility. He ended up bending my laptop power plug pins. No refrigerator in the room when we checked in. But, they brought it in as soon as we complained. They were nice enough to let us check out a couple of hours late. That helped. I would stay in this hotel again. Overall, it is good.

We had a great experience at the Sheraton! The shuttle to and from the airport was great. The shuttle to and from the metro blue line made everything so accessible. We had a meeting at the pentagon, but then wanted to enjoy DC for the weekend and I feel like the Sheraton, its location and it's constantly running shuttle really helped make our trip great. No problems with rooms or facilities either, we were very happy. I'd stay here again next time if I'm ever in town.

Pretty comfy room in the opposite tower, only a bit of an inconvenience as getting to my room involved a staircase and some confusion, but once figured out, no issues. It was a last minute price deal that made it all worthwhile.

The hotel is great but there's room for improvement. The staff should be a little more professional but overall it was a wonderful vacation.

Hotel was in a convenient location to the Metro. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great view of Washington DC. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready until 90 minutes after check in time although they did comp us free wifi. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

It was a clean cheap room in a good location I would recommend

The bartender was really fun and friendly. I also like the Go Green program, where forgoing maid service earns you a $5 hotel amenity credit per day.

The shuttle to Pentagon City Mall and the airport was extremely convenient. The hotel bed was hard and a little lumpy. It's not the most up to date hotel but it was a good value.

I got to the hotel late. Desk clerk was fairly friendly. The hotel looks a bit worn and cheap.

Hotel offered all the basics in a not-too-far location from DC central.

Clean, but you need to pay for everything including bottled water in the room.

The staff were very professional and accommodating. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Got 4 night bundle trip here for $550 per person. Best value for the money. Hotel room was clean and large. Continental breakfast wasn't good and was overpriced so we went elsewhere or used a delivery service. Overall Sheraton has always delivered and is a reliable chain.

Room was very clean and hotel staff were friendly. Bathroom didn't have a fan so had to buy glade at a grocery store. Also, parking is $30 daily and if register to be a member of spg it will be $15 per day.

Shuttle very reliable q30 minutes to Metro and airport!

We had a very good experience with the hotel and their staff

The bartender guy was very rude, disrespectful, he massed up my night. He forget my orders three times and enjoys basketball. He dont give prioriry for customer. He is young black guy. Other than that everything else was excellent

nice rooms. would like to see the hotels be more smoker friendly. smoking rooms would be nice . even a higher price is required..also dedicate a couple floors for smoking rooms...higher up of course cause smoke rises...
