Great staff and room was Emmaculate I got in late but the front desk helped me order dominoes since hotel restaurant was closed

The room was very comfortable. However, Orbitz said there was a 24-hour shuttle service from hotel to the airport. When I talked to the front desk, it was not 24-hour. I had to use a taxi to and from airport, which increased my trip cost. Taxi was $20/trip to airport. Shuttle service needs to be 24-hour.

Not worth it. Missing even the most basic of amenities.

A hotel is nothing without service, no matter its relative condition. The staff at this hotel were friendly, accommodating and professional; they were a step or more above expectations.

Very clean! Comfortable beds! Friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again when visiting the DC area. Worth the drive out there.

This hotel is ideally situated for business travelers. The fitness room is great and the hotel staff are very friendly. However, the hotel needs a good scrub and a facelift to meet the Sheraton standard. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and flaking during my shower. The walls in the rooms need a good scrub and, based on the faint odor of mildew, the rugs could use a steam cleaning. And the nearly $10 per day charge for internet access is absurd, given the inconsistent access during peak evening hours.

The mattress, comforter and pillows were so awesome I would purchase them. The pool was out of service but should be up and running soon. I would stay here whenever I am in town. Overall the hotel was a great place and stay. Staff was friendly and helpful especially at checkout.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. The staff were very friendly and helped me with whatever questions and tasks that I asked for.

The hotel has great services and we had a great time.

Hotel check in was simply and straightforward. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Although, I did not book a room for a physically challenged individual, yet I received one. I feel that it was not in agreement with my original reservation. The room was fairly clean, but could have seen a bit more attention to detail. The machines in the laundry room were coin operated and would not take paper bills. As such, a change machine would be of great help. During my stay, I placed a takeout order at the bar for a simple burger with a salad. I was informed that it would take 15-20 minutes. I returned 20 minutes later and the burger was not even on the grill yet... Needless to say the burger took 39 minutes to be cooked, and my salad came without the dressing I ordered. That being said, the burger tasted excellent. All in all my stay was pleasant and comfortable, but the hotel needs some fine tuning.

Clean room, friendly staff, ten minutes away from the airport, however wifi isn't free.

We arrived around 8pm, expecting to be able to check in right away, however, they made us wait there because they needed to check whether the rooms are ready. Shouldn't the rooms be ready long time ago? When I argued with them they were not apologizing at all, instead, they were trying to make me think that was very normal and I was making fuss. While we were waiting there, another person assisted with the check in, she couldn't find my membership information anywhere, there was a complete mess in their system which mixed and match my last name with some other first name, my city with a different state along with my zip code, I had no clue what was going on. That woman helped me promised me to give me an answer by next morning, but I couldn't find her the next day and nobody on duty knew what was going on. Since I was in a hurry checking out, I didn't bother wait there, but I was so disappointed with their service and the Starwood system.

I was flying out of Dulles the next morning and needed a place to stay. The overall décor of the room was a bit outdated, but clean. Bed was comfortable. I worked out in their fitness center which had everything I needed and had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel which was adequate for the price.

Friendly staff, nice rooms. Bed was not very comfortable. Not enough pillows. Very squeaky bed frame which caused my my 3 month old daughter to wake every time we moved. Would have liked a mini fridge.

Shuttle was not marked at Airport with the Sheraton name and the times listed on the website for pickup were not correct since the Hyatt bus was doing the pickup for the Sheraton. I waited for one hour and forty five minutes for pick-up. When arriving to the hotel I had to wait behind a customer whose reservation was not in the system and the front desk clerk was making the excuse that the hotel was over booked. Once we checked in we found out the the pool was closed even though the website said a pool was available. We were told we needed to walk next door to the Hyatt if we needed a pool. We tried to eat at the restaurant however, the food took 40 minutes for the appetizers which arrived cold (cream of potato soup). The waiter made the excuse that there was only 1 person in the kitchen. We ended up having to go out to dinner which caused us to get back after the Hyatt pool had closed. This was unfortunate since our 10 year old had driven 10 hours in the car anticipating some pool time before bed. We left early the next morning because we only had a half day in DC before traveling on to NY, so we did not use any of the other facilities. Very disappointed! If this is the type of service and facilities that can be expected then we will not be booking with the Sheraton in the future.

This stay was great. A luxury brand when you go inside.

Fantastic a truly great value. Service was exceptional. Food was great. Convenient transportation to area attractions. Very impressed with the modernity and design of hotel. the dining experience was extraordinary. I was overly impressed with this hotel compared to others I have stayed at in the area.

Very nice hotel close to Dulles. Comfortable king bed on Club floor 600s nice hot breakfast buffet. Had to pay $15 for taxi for midnight flight arrival since Shuttle stops 1130 pm

Our room was recently remodeled and very comfortable. The on site restaurant was exactly what we wanted. The woman who checked us out in the morning was divine - she handled a verbally abusive customer who was telling her she was wrong because of her ethnicity with almost unparalleled grace and charm. Except for that terrible customer, which has nothing to do with the hotel, we had a totally pleasant stay here and would do it again if we ever find ourselves in the area!
