Residence Inn Manassas Battlefield Park

I’ve been to more than a few Residence Inn properties so I am very familiar with the amenities and features. This property was on par with best of them, but with the added bonus of VERY outgoing staff beyond what Marriott demands and expects. Ron at front desk went out of his way to explain their setup and invite me to their Wed night Burger night. Maria was very helpful in breakfast area the next day especially when a mishap with spilled drink occurred. She hit it out of the park with her perfectly prepared bacon on my second day! You just can’t go wrong staying here. It was just where I needed to stay for business and had everything I needed to be comfortable and productive!! Thanks to staff for making it a superlative Marriott experience!! You set the bar high!!

Visiting family in the area and booked a king studio for one night, checked online using Marriott app. Arrived early room was ready, worked out in fitness center, small but had 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, weights, also indoor pool. Room was clean, full kitchen, workspace and sofa bed. Evening reception was nice, beer, wine, soda, Brats and sides. Only reason I don’t give a 5 rating the AC in our room sounded like a plane taking off every time it came on, extremely noisy. It was cool enough evening that we shut it off and used the fireplace to keep warm.

We recently attended a youth soccer tournament in the area and spent two nights. My child (age 13) and I shared a king suite. The room was clean and comfortable. It was large enough to comfortably share with my child. I would have been large enough for my spouse too. It was nice to have a full kitchen and we used the fridge. The morning breakfast was good, if basic. The service was excellent.

We escaped the recent hurricane in Florida by heading toward D.C., but wanted a calmer, more pleasant time. The Manassas Residence Inn was our choice, and it ended up being the perfect location: out of the city, fun things to do (Civil War, wineries, local shopping, etc)' easy access to Route 66, but also lots of restaurants, etc. The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and had easy access to everything we needed, and a very clean, comfortable bed which made a BIG difference in our day-to-day life. But the best part was the service and the staff! They were wonderful, making us feel like friends and special guests, and reducing our stress level tremendously. We planned to stay 4 nights, ended up staying 8. During that time, we had several nice breakfasts and afternoon mixers (thank you, Sonia and Maria) in a pleasant lobby/breakfast area. Adelina in housekeeping kept our room in good order... We did have a few minor mechanical issues, which were addressed quickly by Steve. We asked for a lot of help and local info from the front desk staff, about restaurants, groceries, drug stores, even medical help. Mike and his staff, especially Arlene and Najel, were very helpful, supportive, and pleasant. We became friends -- no, family-- in that time, and had lots of nice chats with all of the above, plus Ops Manager Antwaun, who invited us to join in the housekeeping staff barbecue (and made plates for us --yum!), and Wendy in Sales. All in all, we could not have had a better experience! We're thinking of going back there for a real vacation, because now we're family!

Travelling for business and got a recommendation for this hotel. The number of "My pleasure" comments I heard was amazing. The management here obviously knows about Ritz Carlton service as the staff was extremely friendly from the front desk clerk to the breakfast server. The Breakfast was good offering hot and healthy options. The studio suite that I stayed in was perfect and the bed and pillows were perfect for a good nights rest. I would definitely stay here again

Top notch staff from the front desk to the cleaning and food service team serving breakfast! They offer some special week nite theme events in the bar area which you should check out. Nicely appointed and comfortable suites which seem well maintained.

Booked 2 rooms at the hotel for a family reunion. Upon checkout and arrival to my brothers house my oldest son realizes that hea had left a pair of his week old Nike Air Max shoes ($190) by the bed. I called the property and spoke to Michelle who said that nothing had been reported but would check in the room. Almos 2 hours later I calle back to hear Michelle tell me that nothing was found in THE room. Asked me to call back the following day to talk to morning supervisor in case she knew something. Following day called hotel and spoke to Arlene, who remembered our family and confirmed that a note was left by Michelle but had nit checked the room where my sons had stayed. I notified her I was at the airport on my way back home. Upon landing I received an email stating that nothing was found in the second room either. I immediately called back to hotel who told me that he had checked the second room and nothing had been found. By this time I realized I was thousands f miles away from the hotel with zero chance of recovering my sons shoes. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. MANAGEMENT IS NOT EMPHATIC AND IS ONTHE DEFENSIVE SIDE.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay there for several days if possible. Nice kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal or snack. Nice size refrigerator with top freezer and ice machine. They also offered us ice from the hotels larger ice machine to fill coolers, etc..

The Place was pretty nice overall. Average, I'd say. However, when we checked in....there was a number of kids running between the pool & the lobby seating area. There was quite a bit of water on the lobby floor in front of the reception desk. The receptionist never apologized for the "mess" but just rolled her eyes at the situation. Lucky for me I'm a nibble person and negotiated the water with no problem. Others may have had a precarious experience.

We stayed for one month in 2016 and for two weeks in 2014. The staff really go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The lady in charge of breakfast is especially kind and really went out of her way to make my girls happy. The hotel is really clean. The pool does need to be redone or deep cleaned.
