Hotel room was very clean and large sized. Staff was very professional and friendly, everything was right on point. Will recommend to all

Nice hotel. Loved the size of the suite and everything you needed was already stocked - wine bottle opener! Was on the top floor and the AC was not that effective so room was rather warm, hallways definitely hot. Complimentary breakfast was great and the location is central to most places. Metro ride into DC is only 15 to 20 minutes.

Very professional, courteous staff and great location in pentagon city with easy walk to the metro, Whole Foods, shopping mall, and many restaurants. Hotel also has a lively atmosphere with free breakfast and happy hour for guest. The hotel itself is pretty generic in appearance with a bit of an old hotel carpet smell mixed with cleaning fluids (one star off). Took another star off because we asked for two beds and were given one which required a room change and then the second room had a leaky fridge and damp carpet which required another room change. Overall would recommend for business travelers and proximity to the airport but not for a romantic getaway or longer vacation.

The staff, room and amenities offered were wonderful,

Great family hotel with friendly staff. Close to the Metro, Whole Foods, and Costco. Hotel has a shuttle that goes to the airport every 20 minutes and another courtesy van that will drop you off anywhere within a mile radius. Liked that they have quarter laundry machines on different floors (2,5, and 10). Breakfast was average, but the staff made sure the food didn't run out and kept it clean.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Thank you.

We were in Washington, DC for a benefit dinner and stayed at Residence Inn near Pentagon City. The hotel was clean, and our studio room was spacious and more than adequate for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. Hotel staff was extremely helpful, answering all of our questions and providing helpful suggestions for travel around the Capital.

Staff was mostly pleasant. Some challenge when there was an area power outage for almost an hour one night. Staff had little advice. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. Decent kitchen in the room. Like most hotels, they do not understand accessibility issues.

awesome experience.close to metro.staff very helpful.great variety in breakfast.clean

I was blown away at the amount of care that the staff paid to us. I stayed here for 3 nights and everytime I would try to hold the door for the staff they always insisted I go first. They always greeted us. Room was very comfortable too! Definately coming back!

We loved the room, especially the full kitchen . We cooked a full course meal and enjoyed it.

Our stay was great. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast. My only dislike was the pool area. The floors were super slippery. They had zero traction. They had fans from all angles blowing and it made it really cold.

I love this hotel. We stayed there to explore washington dc and to see the 4th of july celebration. The service was great. I love the breakfast buffet. The room was perfect for us. the parking fee is not bad compare to dc downtown hotels. And taking the metro to explore dc was very convenient for us than driving. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

It worked out very well. My husband was wounded in Vietnam and is having health concerns due to exposure to Agent Orange. It was a quick trip to Arlington to visit family. The hotel was a perfect choice. My husband always needs time to unwind and rewind in privacy. He accomplished that. Thank you. We will be visiting again soon.

The hotel was great, the room was big and had a kitchen. Service was awesome! The hotel was a few blocks away from the metro and the mall.

Hotel room was nice and clean, it is close to pentagon you can see it from hotel windows. Metro station is just 2 blocks from here. you will also have Tour Buses from here . Had great time with lots of eating options including complementary dinner for our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to go around DC

good hotel with good service and amenities. they need to update the beds would be the only thing that i would say that they need. overall the hotel stay was great.

The staff was fantastic and at no time could have been better. The cocktail time was very welcome after a long trip. The grandchildren had a great time playing pool and also in the pool. The breakfasts were good and had something for everyone and the special supper on Thanksgiving eve was greatly appreciated. Thank you Residence Inn. In addition the location was perfect for the family. We will definitely use Residence Inn in the future.

the Residence Inn at Pentagon City was the perfect solution to our weekend stay. it's a 2 block walk to the Pentagon City Metro and shopping mall and we could see the Pentagon out the window from the higher floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again in future.
