It was a pleasant stay. I don't appreciate being forced to complete this section when all I wanted to say is the front desk needed more people.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, but no pool and food (room service) was blah. If you want high speed internet it'll cost you $5/day. Got a car? That'll cost you too - $30/day. Despite their short comings I would stay here again...

Breakfast could have been better. Everything else was amazing

This hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. It was spacious, clean, very good and wide choices of breakfast foods, and well equipped.

My Gps died ! No one at the hotel could direct me to their location. I called several times. Finally they answered & put me on hold >15mins. I saw a residence inn went inside they gave me written directions apologized & offered me a hot drink! I was 10mins from my destination!

Room was very clean and comfortable. However, that depends on your housekeeper. After the first night we moved to another room with a view and because tv would not work. I always wipe everything thing down with Clorox wipes regardless. The second room wasn't as clean. I checked the card left in the room to see if it was the same housekeeper and it was not. Complications with the tv blacking out in both rooms. By the last night of our stay it was taken care of and we were compensated.

Loved staying there, however parking prices were insane. Glad we were able to find street parking!

Would definitely stay at RI in the future! Wonderful accommodations and staff!!!

Room was spacious and every detail thought out for convience. We got room service which was also excellent and the breakfast was a complete breakfast

This hotel is fairly new, built in 2011 so it's very modern and clean. Having the kitchen was perfect for us as we have young kids and being able to buy fruits and drinks nearby and storing them for snacks was great. Also, we were able to utilize the kitchen one night to cook a seafood meal. The location is only 4 miles from the heart of DC with public transportation nearby. We rented a car and drove into DC every day which was very convenient for us. We were even able to find street parking right in front of the hotel every night so we avoided paying the $27 daily parking fee. The pool was on the small side but my kids managed to kill 40 minutes of time each day in it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good spread of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, muffins, and pancakes. With 2 adults and 2 children we stayed in a studio with a king bed and sofabed. The sofabed was ok for the kids but probably not very comfortable for the adults. I wish they would offer 2 queen bed rooms but I don't think that is an option for this hotel.

Good value for the money, way cheaper than staying in DC.

Good hotel and conveniently located. Waited a long time at airport for hotel shuttle.

It was a great experience for me even if I stayed only one night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Perfectly close to the airport with free shuttle. Front desk staff not very friendly this time, but that hasn't always been the case. Room clean with little kitchen. Bed way to soft, but my husband liked it!

It was a very good experience for me. Nice and clean room, friendly staff. Near capital...

From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the shuttle to the Metro stop ran consistently every 20 minutes which made it easy to get into D.C..

We stayed here after a business trip to D.C., moved from the pricey hotel in D.C. to this location. It was great! The shuttle took us right to the metro, the room was wonderful with a full kitchen, and the price (given the D.C. going rates) was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!

The room had to be the best that I have ever had, for anything close to its reasonable price. Large, comfortable room, with lounge area. Full kitchen (didn't need, but was nice to have). Very clean. Comfortable bed. And very nice and accommodating staff.

The rooms are great but it's the staff that makes this place so nice. The breakfast that they put out is a bonus.

Wanted to spend some quality time with my hubby for our anniversary and this hotel was very close to our favorite restaurant and lots of shopping. The hotel was relatively quiet except for the train periodically, but I did not mind it. Our bed was very soft: Hubby loved it, but I prefer a firmer mattress. Room equipped with full size refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and stove (3 burners but no oven). Parking was $26 per day, but wireless internet and breakfast was included so that was really a break even. The breakfast had a little of something for everyone's tastes, and fresh fruits and yogurts were great take outs for snacks later in the day. There is a large exercise facility with an indoor pool. I will definitely stay here again but request a firmer bed.
