I would recommend to anyone who wants the other Renissance hotel is so nice so clean in the customer service was so happy I would recommend it

Had a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Great hotel, very nice and friendly staff, not very many nice restraunts close by. Very clean, but parking is to expensive.

Very nice. Love this place the staff was very kind love the rooms. The blankets and pillows. Everything was great. Only problem is the price shouldn't go up on Monday if you are already staying there.

This is the place to stay if you want to get the washington D.C experience. Friendly staff, very clean plus excellent room service. I would return

While on a family vacation we found the Renaissance very friendly, clean, safe, quiet, and enjoyable. We used the fitness center and enjoyed its outdoor terrace for stretching and relaxing. We took the daily shuttle to the Crystal City metro which is a great stop on the way back because there are a dozen restaurants close by. Afterward we walked to the hotel which was about 1/3 mile. We worked around our issues with the hotel including no fan in the bathroom, high restaurant and coffee shop prices, and what we consider outrageous parking cost (we parked on the street all week). Overall it was a fantastic trip at a great hotel with great people.

Hotel was immaculate. Front desk staff was the most responsive and courteous if ever encountered. Location was near great restaurants and metro sub station. Room was beautifully decorated. Only disappointment was the pool which was very small, cold and indoors. 3rd floor patio was in the sun only about 4 hours of day due to its placement so difficult to find time to relax in sun.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was so courteous! The bed was so comfortable And I loved the room! Everything was so nice! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!!

only two things I did not like. The air conditioning kept coming on, so I had to keep turning the heat up( it's January!) and the Internet was problematic in the room. I'd stay there again, its well appointed, next to EPA, there is an airport shuttle and an illy coffee in the lobby.

I live in Michigan and a friend and I were visiting our friend in Virginia. My friends back starting hurting and so we decided to stay in D.C. for a couple of nights and maybe see a few things. This hotel was wonderful. So comfortable, not too bad of an area to find what you need (thank you google!). And very short drive to The National Mall. I definitely hope to be able to stay here again.

Awesome stay for the value and very comfortable and close to the airport.

My girlfriend and I went on a 3 day trip to DC and we had an excellent experience with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were very nice and comfortable. I would reccomend this hotel if you're in the Arlington area.

Nice hotel , enjoy staying there and I will like to be there again next time.but have problems with they amount of daily packing there.

This was my second time staying at this Hotel and the experience was as nice as the first. Everything about it is super great!

If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. However, if a clean, moderately quiet hotel near the airport is what you want, stay here!

We only stayed for a quick overnight to catch an early flight but were dazzled by the decor, lighting and ultra modern facility. I wish we could have stayed longer and used the pool & terrace. The service was great and the room was awesome with fantastic linens, pillows, bed and great attention to detail! Again the lighting in the room was interesting design. Access to elevators & rooms was easy & valet parking good for a quick exit in the morning. We were offered complimentary internet which was a bonus as it is normally extra. All in all a really good and easy stress free stay.

Stayed here for one night so we could catch an early flight back to Boston. Nice fitness area, smaller pool, modern look and feel. Good choice.

The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are very clean. My only complaint about the room is that I expected the bathroom to be larger. It was small compared to what I'm used to for a 4-star. Hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. The location is good, just a few minutes walk from the Crystal City shops and restaurants and a few miles from downtown D.C. Although naming the hotel "Capital View" suggesting that you'll have a view of the Capitol or D.C. is misleading. The only view you'll have is of the surrounding high rise hotels.

I had an overall good stay. The room was very clean and the staff was nice. It was pretty close to food and shopping. The metro station was a good brisk walk away. Their shuttle runs every 20 minutes and takes a little less time than walking. I had read other reviews about being close to the train, and you do hear it, but it didn't bother me. Similarly, the walls and floors seemed a bit thin. I could hear it when people drop things in the room above and noise from the hallway was also easily heard.

everything was just great. next visit to D.C will be at this hotel again for sure.

Thanks for staying with us at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View. I can understand your dismay at the fee charged in the underground parking garage but hopefully that won't prevent you from coming back for another stay. We'd love the opportunity to extend our customer service to you again.
