I couldn't reach my destination because of a mechanical failure of the plane taking me to D.C. This hotel refused to allow me to cancel my one night reservation without charging me for one night!!! Hyatt is no longer my hotel of choice. I'll go stay at Mariott instead.

Bad hamburgers. Good but expensive breakfast. The hallways really smelled awful. No coffee in the lobby.

He is rude he did not find my name to look up my room number. I made the huge mistake of giving him the wrong room number 612 instead of 614 he made me feel really estupid for making that awful mistake telling me that room does not exist and my name was not in the system even though it was my second night there. Then Walter proceeded to tell me to not yell at him when all I said was that I slept there the night before , I never raised my voice at him or anyone. He is a Very disrespectful person. I called to request a crib in my room for that night 7/4 over the phone that was all.

I paid for one room and was given a lower quality room, no choices. I booked weeks in advance to make sure this wouldn't happen.

I booked through Orbitz. I requested 1 king, but found my room had 2 twins instead. I returned to the front desk to be reassigned only to find a very long line had formed. The front desk seemed very stressed. After reassignment, another customer was venting in the elevator about how awful the service was. Very interesting experience. The room itself was very clean and modern though.

I did not like the pillows too lumpy. The food was ok, not great.

The staff at the hotel was personable, competent and efficent from our check in and check out with the desk clerk Teresa to the staff that cleaned and straightened our room each of our 5 days to the restaurant staff that provided prompt service and quick meals. The room was quiet, and relatively so even considering a youth hockey and soccer tournament participants staying in the hotel, the room was cleaned/straightened to perfection by friendly and efficent staff and our stay was overall excellent. I would stay here again without question.

Clogged toilet with some crap in it. Clearly housekeeping did not even clean it - or they would have seen it. TV audio kept going in and out. The staff at the lobby bar was rather tentative and not at all service oriented. Overall, way below the expectations for the name Hyatt Regency.

Nice place. Clean and close to the airport and the space museum.

Not enough bed for five people I traveled with my parents and I had to give them the big comfortable bed and put three people in a pull out bed was very very uncomfortable

Nice hotel close to airport. Clean, comfortable and serves the purpose well

I hadn't seen my boyfriend in over 1 month since mivung to the area. I played fir this hotel stay for us and this very special night. I couldn't get into my room for 2 hours. I had to sit out in the Libby eating with all my things for him to arrive. The woman at the front desk couldn't be accommodating and let me go to the room because I didn't have $5£ incidentals. I have seen more accommodating services at other hotels and friendlier service as a whole within the hotel industry. It is not the hotel standard in most hotels. She was understanding hotel policy as she knew it. And had no idea what to do to serve me. Otherwise it was a good hotel.

It's wonderful hotel. Very nice room. Every thing excellent.

It was convenient stay for us when picking up our grandchildren from a long overseas flight. We could easily get on the road in the morning after having the hotel's brunch. The brunch was all right, but nothing out of the ordinary.

We enjoyed our stay and had no problems. We arrived at about 8:30, long before check-in time. It was raining and we were tired. The hotel let us check-in early which allowed us to rest and wait for the rain to stop so we could go into DC to see the sights. They had a long list of items they provided for free in case you forgot them, and a nice lobby area and restaurant. The health club area is open 24 hours.

Love this place, I stay here everything that I'm in town.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, but this will be the last. Rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable, but we couldn't get the room temp below 72-74 degrees. All night long, the a/c just keep blowing out warm, humid air. I called the front desk and the tech inspected our a/c unit, but only confirmed that it was operating normally. We spent a horrible night, trying to sleep. I won't repeat the experience, willingly. I get it that electricity costs money and hotels want to cut their costs, but I shall be going to other hotels where I can get a night's sleep - which is what I paid for. (Adding to the excitement, the hotel had shut off the water for the night for scheduled, routine maintenance. I don't mind brushing teeth with bottled water, but not being able to flush toilets all night was a nuisance. I wish the hotel would have advised us before we arrived and allowed us to decide whether we wanted to pay Hyatt prices for opportunity to have a third-world experience.)

The stay was very comfortable. Check in was easy just like most hotels nowadays. The staff was very courteous. This hotel is very close to the airport. Free shuttle service was awesome. I parked my car at this hotel and took their free shuttle to the airport. they have one every 30 minutes. thats great. I will stay here again as long as I get a good price.

Spacious and clean! Service could have been better.

very nice and clean hotel and very reasonable price
