My daughter (6) and I took our first solo trip to D.C. The Hilton Old Town was perfect for us. We enjoyed the convenience of the metro, as it was literally just steps away. My daughter was especially thrilled to watch the trains and Metro go right by our room windows. Thankfully we didn’t hear any of the hustle and bustle in our room. Days trips into DC were a super easy 20-30 minute ride. We enjoyed our evenings in Old Town. Each night we had the choice of a trolley ride or walk down King Street for dinner and dessert. Best of all we felt safe our entire stay. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay. Though over 70 from California and Arizona I had forgotten cold wet weather in February and March slightly flaming up my arthritis. Summer is better but good to see friends and attend some events.

Staff is very friendly. The location is super convenient to the Amtrak and also metro train stations.

Unbeknownst until checkin, no lunch/dinner/bar/room service was available due to "holiday scheduling." A Hilton with no room service?! Shower was devilishly hard to temperature-control (maybe hot water team was on holiday?). Unannounced, but room hospitality service was only available on request (and then didn'tfully replenish the coffee maker supplies). You can find that out by QR code, scroll to Services, etc., but it should be up-front part of checkin. Site is right at King St. Metro stop, a plus. Staff was very friendly. Pillows were huge and so soft as to be unsupporting.

Close to the train station. Was there for a conference. Good restaurant options around.

The underground parking was super confusing

The place was nice

Friendly staff, clean

Very close to the amtrak station and loved nearby dining options.

PLUSSES: Nice hotel right across the street from the King Street Metro and a short walk from the heart of Old Town. MINUSES: Our refrigerator wasn't working in our room and no one came to replace it during our entire 4-day stay. Like other employers these days, staffing was limited.

Convenient to restaurants, transit and attractions

Friendly staff, great location.

Staff was very professional and friendly
