The bathroom is very well designed. The pull out shelves under the counter are great.

we had a very good time visiting family and DC our hotel stay was tops easy location to return to daily . and visit sights nearby the breakfast was ideal for what we wanted thank you

We stay at Hampton Inns often and remarked that this facility is in need of a decorating (very worn carpet, etc) update. The facility seems very busy and even with so much going on, the staff were very nice and helpful. The parking is expensive and tricky and the signs could be bigger and better. The bed in our room was not quite as comfortable as other Hampton Inns. It is expensive to stay here but not unexpected in this location and on a fall weekend.

Noisy ice machine 3rd floor. Elevator sluggish. Locked out of parking garage when card didn't work . Staff were very nice and attentive .

The hotel was very nice located close to a metro station and Old Town Alexandria. We visited museums by day and the resturants at night. The breakfast at the hotel was very good.

Easy to find hotel just a few blocks from metro stop. Staff was great. Knowledge of area and restaurants needed vegan and gluten free . Thiesman restaurant was excellent suggestion.room was clean and beds very comfortable and quiet . Staff remembered we had someone using sleeper sofa and it was made up everyday.

We were there for one night. Park just outside the hotel, its free street parking from 9pm till 8am.

Stayed in Old Town for the weekend and show at Kennedy Center. Location was great, directly on King Street with Trolley stop at the lobby entrance and Metro station about a block away. Rooms were clean and spacious but not the most modern. Included breakfast was varied with continental items but hot food was pre-fab. Overall, an ok place to stay when visiting Alexandria.

We needed a hotel close to public transportation and with WiFi in room which is why we chose the Alexandria Old Town Hampton Inn. Our room was quiet, clean and provided the necessary coffee to get husband going in morning. No tea--fortunately I brought my own. The hot breakfast buffet was awesome and they kept refilling it until after 10 am. The only thing we missed was a refrigerator in our room.

Staff, the rooms, the location and amenities were all excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel

Decided to take a trip to DC for Mother's Day and wanted to go down the night before to maximize the time in DC. After searching for places inside DC and seeing the prices I expanded my search to the surrounding areas. I read many reviews on different hotels and decided to go with this one because of the location and the price. The location was great right along King Street in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. We arrived for a late check in and the staff was more then courteous and helpful. The hotel was very clean as was the room, and the breakfast in the morning was tasty. I would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel is situated very close to the King St. Metro station, approximately 20 mins. from Washington DC. Nice, friendly staff. A very good breakfast was included from 6 to 10 am and hot coffee round the clock. Plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. Also free WI-Fi. I would recommend it.

Great time......close to Metro and a drive from most attractions. Lovely area that King Street! Parking is at a premium (compact cars only). A bit of confusion about the payment. Parking and taxes are added. The price s just the BASIC...which is Ok....but they seem to charge after you have already paid. Perhaps, this is "customary"

Great location. Comfortable accommodations. Friendly staff

Although I live in DC, I had a friend in town and we thought Old Ton would be a fun but close getaway. The weather wasn't the best for walking around but we had a great time! The shops, restaurants and bars were great. The hotel was easy to find and clean, the staff was friendly and weren't over-bearing. I would love to come back some time and would recommend to others.

I loved everything except the TV: its remote was a real pain to use... the buttons had to be pressed repeatedly to make them work, sometimes even had to power off and start over to get them to work. but, on the plus side, the pool is very nice, the breakfast bar is great, the rooms/beds are quite comfortable, and a special request for a mini-fridge for senior medical supplies was quickly accommodated at no charge. Excellent service!

Very suitable for our needs. The staff was cordial and helpful. Very clean. The breakfast each morning was super.

great bed and big screen TV, Staff nice bunch

Location is great - very close to the DC Metro Stop. The room was average but needed some updating. The ice machine outside our room was incredibly loud. We asked the desk to have someone look at it but that never happened. On our second night we needed to stuff towels under the door to shut out some of the noise.

Very convenient to Old Town and Metro. Great beds. Didn't get to try the breakfast. Wish more food was available for purchase at other hours.
