I paid for 2 rooms, both with 2 beds. The rooms I got were singles. After 700 miles of driving in the rain, my family and I were too exhausted to complain. BTW, the clerk was not present at the front desk. He came from outside of the building after we called. I found trash under the bed(food wrappers and toys) . There was no trash receptacle in the room or the bathroom. The complimentary toiletries seemed incomplete. Finally, "Breakfast" was cereal bars and coffee. Complementary breakfast and location was the reason I chose it. My family and I had to go out for breakfast, which cut into the timing of our scheduled activities for the day.

Customer service goes a long way... the morning staff when I checked out was blah! At 8:00am they were out of coffee. I asked if they were going to make more and I was told "probably not because it would be a waste". Then they couldn't give me a receipt for my stay because "I booked through Orbitz". But, I stayed at the same chain the night before at. Different location and they were able to.

One of the worst hotels that I stayed on. No ice machine, kitchen does not have any utensils. Breakfast is lousy.

Only positive about this facility is its location to freeways for our travel to Maryland, DC and Arlington .

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel was extremely dirty. Trash and mud in the hallways that was left for days, you can tell no one cleans this place. When I got to my room I found the bedding was dirty, someone's hair and dirt particles were all over sheets, along with stains. I went to front desk to tell them my sheets were dirty and that I need them to be replaced. The man behind the desk told me he was sorry and that this was not a full service hotel and gave me news sheets to put on the bed on my own... The room it self was in terrible condition, stains on walls, bathroom tub was stained / did not look clean. Bottles of open drinks remained in fridge from earlier tenant. The back door of the hotel was broken, allowing anyone to come and go as they pleased without a key (there was a key fob to enter, but it was not necessary as the door was broken). I would have left this place upon checking in if it was not for the fact all the other hotels were booked in the area. Please do yourself a favor and do not book here. I'll be writing their corporate office on this.

I just stopped to relax for one night. It was nice

The hotel was okay. It was full of tourist for Cherry Blossom Festival. Service was slow. Breakfast was poor in selection.

This over night stay gave us close and convenient access to National Airport. The staff took good care of us and the room was great.

Everything was great. Had great time thanks to their customer service and facility. I will definitely go back when possible.

Affordable and clean! I reserved for a friend visiting. At first they assigned us to a room that had a terrible cigarette smell, not knowing we requested non-smoking. They gave us a hard time at first saying we had to contact orbiz and take it up with them but after showing them my confirmation email stating we requested non-smoking the man at the front desk changed our room.

I love this hotel is awesome so clean people is nice garden looks great everything is just nice i recomended to anyone who likes a quite place to relax

Only one front desk employee working at any given time. This made my check in take about 30 minutes, as i had to wait for a walk-in customer's entire booking to be completed. My name was correct on my reservation, but my mailing address and phone number were completely different, i pointed it out to the front desk clerk, and he brushed it off. Then he asked for a credit card, which I assumed was for incidentals...except he then gave me a bill to sign for $180? I told him that i had already paid for the room online. He again brushed this off as not being a bill. I had just arrived from a 6 hour drive, and just wanted to get to my room, so i signed it and figured i'd fight with my crediut card co later. When i looked at my receipt for the $180, I realized that it wasn't even my credit card info that was on it. It had my name, but listed a totally different credit card number and company. Now i feel like i have to watch my credit card statement like a hawk for fear of being charfged for this room a 2nd time, or even for someone else's since they can't keep anything straight at this front desk. will not sytay here again.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and it was easy to get to dc from the hotel.

extremely dirty and disappointing
