Facility is a bit run down, not worth the price the hotel charges for stay. Nicer hotels nearby

This locación is great to Start a visit to Washington DC .

The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was fine. It's ok overall.

Walked in and their were a couple of women trying to check in. They did not speak english very well and did not understand the fact that they needed a credit card for incidentals so they thought the hotel clerk was asking for them to pay for the room again. He was very rude and not very friendly with them and it left them scared. I pulled out google translate and explained it to them, it took me 5 seconds. The shower had mold on it and the sheets were not very clean. We couldn't wait to leave.

Easy access to public places . Nice hotel room .

We had a party of four in one room with two beds. However I had to call down to reception for an extra bath towel everyday because only three were left by housekeeping on all five days of our stay. The outdoor pool was only open from 5pm - 9pm in August. On one occasion housekeeping neglected to clean our room. Tiny bathroom, no moisture extractor in bathroom.

We stayed here for the 4th of July, very inexpensive. However you get what you pay for. The hotel is worn out, needs an upgrade. The breakfast was ok, unfortunately the fruit was limited to cut up oranges with some spots on them, the bananas were not ripe. Syrup bottles in lukewarm water, not even sure why the water was necessary. The good thing was the easy access to metro, about a 5 minute drive.

Bad hotel without WI-FI in the room, air condition smells bad

hotel met my needs. trip was made with budget in mind and the hotel was within my price range. hotel was a 5 minute drive to the metro stop and offered plenty of meal options within a couple miles of the hotel. room was plenty big enough and bed was comfortable. breakfast was nothing special but was free. wifi connection left something to be desired.

older hotel close to a morning meeting. stayed one night, i got what i paid for nothing more nothing less

Horrible the room smells awful, the AC unit making noise all night, people fighting outside my door all night , The carpet is gross, I don't to stay six hours and I left.

My husband and I was in town for a show, when we arrived at the hotel the front desk personnel was very rude the room had a awful smell and the walls were stained it was no hot water and the washcloths was dirty!!! We won't be returning...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was half a mile from several shopping centers as well as the public train station (aka Metro).

It was nice, just to many loud people at night. Great room for the price and it's by a lot of places to eat.

There have plenty room for parking. You kno, I got a 24 ft box truck with me and it's hard to find a hotel with truck parking. This one has it. Room's clean, front desk nicThere have plenty room for parking. I got a 24 ft box truck with me and it's hard to find a hotel with truck parking. Very nice place.e, they let me leave my truck there while my friend take me for lunch after I chck out. Very nice place.

We paid under $200 for two nights here. The surrounding hotels were quite a bit more, and because this was the tail end of our east coast trip, we needed the break in cost. From reading reviews and viewing pictures, I figured it would be fine. Not super shabby, not terrible. When we pulled in, it looked as expected. When I checked in and used the lobby bathroom I immediately realized.. this was going to suck. This was the most run down hotel I had ever stayed in. On the way to the room I noticed the pool, which we had hoped to enjoy. It was about two feet below level, full of dirt and debris. Apparently it wasn't the season for swimming.. 90 degrees in May. Bummer... Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke, the paint was peeling off the walls, the air conditioner didn't go much below 70, the toilet wouldn't flush without assisting the inner workings. Uggg.. Staff was very friendly though.... Sooo I suppose next time I will consider more thoroughly why a hotel is much less expensive than it's surrounding more costly ones.

We did travel with the friends to Washington DC. this location was comfortable to stay and very near to all attractions. This will be right choice.

Nice place. Conveniently right off the highway and minutes from the DC metro. Lots of resturaunts on the same road.

The Hotel I mean motel was decent for the price. Nothing fancy. If u need to spend one or two nights in a place this would do. If you are looking a place ONLY to sleep this is your place. There's a couple of places to eat near the motel. By car 10m. Walking, around 30min.

The hotel was good it was clean, staff was friendly, cheap. The only issue I had was the heat, either it is off or you suffocate with no thermostat it just keeps running and the air was so dry. It'd be great if it was auto and shut off at a ccertain temperature, but it is either hot, dry air blowing all the time or it needs to be turned off. I would wake suffocating and turn it off until it got too cold. Besides the lack of humidity and temperature in the room it was good.
