Stayed for quick overnight. Room ok but not a 4 star, no bar or food. Interior old

Our three-day stay was very nice. The food was good and the staff was very responsive. I would recommend it to my friends.

Nice area, close to a lot of shopping and eateries.

The parking cost was a bit expensive for the short stay, but I guess that is the cost for convenience and location.

I booked here because it was a better rate than any of the DC hotels and planned to use the Metro to get into the city. Unfortunately, I was only able to take the Metro on one day of my 3-day stay because of service closures. However, the cost of a Uber ride was very inexpensive ($7, I think.) The Hotel did a great job in providing information for options like that. There are restaurants and stores nearby within walking distance. And a Starbucks on-site is AWESOME. Everything was great in the room. The staff was friendly. Overall, I was pleased.

It was nice but a short stay. Very nice area and lots of restaurants in the area.

all the staff are very helpful, and very close to the DCA. They could had cleaned the elevator, personally first impression is very important. The food is good.

The hotel was everything expected: clean, accommodating and the right price. Would recommend to others

This was in a good location, not being far from DCA and Pentagon City. In addition, it was close to the Metro. Staff was friendly, and everything was clean.

Very clean and convenient location. Free parking sunday in the main street. Nice area. Lot of restaurants. I recommend it to everybody....

Everything was good and the staff were very courteous and helpful

Nice hotel, pictures looked nicer than actual hotel room, but overall a nice place to stay.

We took our son to DC for high school graduation. The hotel was very clean, was a great location for going in several directions and neighborhood was great. We were able to dine at a different, quality restaurant each night at the end of some very busy days.

The room was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The staff was friendly and very easy to work with. The snack bar and restaurant downstairs was also convenient and the food was delicious.

We only stayed one night on the way to NYC. Great stay. Convenient to what we wanted to see and do in DC.

I got into Union Station around 10:30 pm Friday night. I caught a cab to the hotel. It was approximately 10 minutes. When I arrived, the staff was more than welcoming. I loved how the elevator wouldn't move from the lobby unless you inserted a room key! Room was awesome. The king bed & pillows were super soft and the comforters were nice and warm. Tv had great channels. Bathroom was cozy. Shower was amazing. Water pressure and how hot the water could get was definitely a plus. The hotel is within walking distance of a mini mall that has restaurants, stores and a Rite Aid. It also is very close to the Metro Stop Crystal City. Although, when we needed a cab the front desk didn't hesitate to call a cab for us. I was a little skeptical about staying outside of DC, but Crowne Plaza certainly eased my fears. It was well worth it. I will definitely be returning.

We needed one night in DC and got a great bargain online here -- two blocks from a metro station, with a full coffee shop on the mezzanine, firm king size bed, great towels, glass drinkware -- all the upscale amenities. Good place near DCA, too.

The price for tge room was reasonable for the location and it being the weekend. Overall it look clean and nice. I have mo complaints. Also close to a very nice mall

It was a very good hotel. Close to the airport and metro.

The Crowne Plaza is a beautiful, affordable hotel. We stayed in a standard king room that was very comfortable. Touring our weekend abode, we found a nice mezzanine level ourdoor terrace area that led to the pool. There were gardens and seating areas throughout the terrace as well. After a little stroll, breakfast seemed like a great idea. The breakfast buffet was far better than most hotels we've stayed in with accommodating, friendly service. While we didn't eat onsite at The Potomac Bar & Grill, we did stop in for a cocktail. The bartender, I believe her name was Meredith, was engaging and was able to recommend some places to go with live music. A complimentary shuttle was offered to take us to our nearby destination and runs til midnight. The hotel is in walking distance of a lovely indoor mall and plenty of restaurants. It's also just a 7 minute drive to all of the historic sights of Washington D.C. and 15 minutes from Georgetown. We were very happy with The Crowne Plaza.
