The property was “tired”. Carpet was dirty, bathroom light fan in our room had a loud high pitch sound. Shuttle bus interior was dirty. Definitely could use some TLC.

This is your basic motel space for a short visit to the DC area. Nothing fancy, but clean, staff are helpful. I've stayed there twice. Short walk to fast food.
Check-in was good. They’re Wi-Fi connection was good. Sausages and potatoes for hot items plus make your own waffles at breakfast. The carpet right under the HVAC unit was wet. No microwave but there is mini-frig. Two tiles badly cracked but not so where you could injure yourself. The Naugahyde vinyl on the seat was all worn away. Throw it away and replace why don’t you? Had some takeout and threw containers in the trash bins and after several hours…ants! I’ve never in my life experienced ants in a hotel to this degree and we are mindful to cleanup after ourselves. Mgmt better take note and have an exterminator take care of #224 or that floor will be destroyed permanently. I hold Comfort Inn to a higher standard and this location does not meet expectations.
Best affordable hotel I’ve stayed in and so close to the airport! I was from my room, checkout, economy parking, checked my bag, and through security at Dulles in less than an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was simple and clean. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
No security on any exterior door, anyone can walk into the hotel at any time. The room had ants and did not have a microwave. Will not stay here again.

Close to airport for canceled flight . Bathroom towel had someone else’s hair on it . Had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was ok . Not rude staff but not a friendly staff just a staff
Front desk guy Jack ignored when I came first,he offered to do service the customer who came after me. He did not even activated Room key and handedover keys.All the I have returned to front desk to get keys activated. Any customer can expect first come first serve from front desk,not the way whoever he want he can serve. Very very upset in the near future I won’t consider coming back to this hotel.
