Excellent staff, building literally falling down. Booked for the pool/hot tub but notified it's been closed for months but still advertised as available.
I found two roaches in my room. The smoke alarm malfunctioned and woke me in the middle of the night--twice. At 630 am there was no hot water. The staff was generally kind and helpful.

Friendly night staff. No full breakfast and no warning. Hot tub also cold, no warning it was being cleaned. Room smelled in pleasant. Indoor pool was open to outside so room was cold but water was warm. Could use a good scrub and new paint. Would not stay again.
Great value for the area. Very friendly/helpful staff. Restaurant not open due to remodeling. Nothing fancy, but affordable and clean accommodations.
For me, I booked this stay online. The pictures make the property look beautiful, but it is a much older hotel. Many persons live here on a regular basis - day to day living. It's not like a normal hotel.
Hotel needs major updates. Breakfast was only grab and go. First room given had no heat. No coffee for breakfast only lousy coffee maker in room.
Building falling apart. One room had a fist hole in the bathroom door. The other rooms door lock was ripped off the main door and not replaced. Scary hotel. Restaurant closed . Even more discerning that they have a sign that states they won’t allow people that live within a certain radius of the hotel to stay there…Id required. what kind of message does that send your guests ?!!
Smokers all over the place - dirty towels; the bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived; just a DUMP!
My room smelled like cigarettes. Some of the equipment in the gym was broken.
The price was great. The only thing my husband and I didnt like was the pool area and the breakfast everyone doest eat Pork. The pool area wasnt as clean as it should have been the water was nasty.

Dear Mrs. Catherine, Thank you for taking the time to respond to our guest survey.. We do apologize for the experiences you encountered. The Outdoor pool is opened every year after Memorial Day. Our Hotel is being renovated, which includes the restaurant and lounge. We have updated the website to include information, that we are currently only serving a grab and go breakfast.
