The hotel was perfect location and exceeded my expectations for the low cost. The hotel is not the nicest, but the staff was exceptional and breakfast was a full continental breakfast and the food was fresh. I ordered room service and that was delicious and arrived quickly. If you are in need of low-key place to rest your head when traveling for work or with family it will meet all of your needs.

Staff was great except when first night I went to go to bed and smelled cigarette smoke coming through vents of my non-smoking room and called and asked about it they wanted me to move after I heard them in the hall talking to the neighbors....then cold water in shower next morning but they moved me & it was better but dust along vents and some stains on towels.

The staff is more than helpful. Pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

Problems No elevator for 2nd floor. Husband injured knee carrying luggage upstairs Ice machines didn't work Problems with key cards Funky smell on first floor - musty. Computer and printer didn't work

Very nice place to stay. The hotel staff helped us with places to see. They went out of their way to help us out in any way. The room was clean, it also had a refrigerator and microwave.

the parking lot is not safe. my car was damaged. it was hit and run. They were doing doing carpet cleaning and the chairs were wet.

Stayed at hotel to due heavy workload last week. Work in Falls Church. Flying bugs in room got into my luggage. TV worked after day three. Toilet not working and sink leaking. Next person that gets the room (122) will have same conditions.

Nice staff. I would have preferred my room not to be so close to the main walkway. There was a lot of traffic and I could heard it throughout the day/night. However I only had an overnight stay so I didn't mind that much. Also when asked the from desk for the nearest supermarket I was direct to one over a mile away when there was actually one closer. Other than that everything was fine considering it was only an overnight stay.

This hotel was a good choice. There's a shuttle to the metro that we used to get up to DC. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast.

We stayed four nights here. After reading the reviews I kind of knew what to expect. The hotel does need a modern day make over, but for the price comparrisons, it was a great deal. Check in was easy. We were given a non-smoking room on the second level but requested a change because the room smelled horribly of smoke. Luckily the staff quickly moved us to a room down the hall that was smell free. The fridge came in handy. The shuttle service and free parking was the reason I booked the hotel. The Metro is 2 miles away and the shuttle will get you there in 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. It's a 20 minute train ride to DC. The hours of the shuttle runs in the morning and evening. There is a gap in the middle, so don't plan on a shuttle mid day. Breakfast was ok and they changed it up a bit for variety. If you don't like it, there is an IHOP on the corner of the street. There are plenty of local or chair restraints with in walking or driving distance.

Hotel was disappointing. The toilet was broke and we had to flush it by taking the top off and putting our hand in the tank to flush the toilet. They fixed it but the overall condition of the hotel was not worth the money.

It was close to the hospital which was great. The beds really need new mattresses. These ones are old and very uncomfortable. When we took a shower the water wouldn't drain out so the bathtub was filling up as we were trying to shower. We stood ankle deep in water the whole time we showered.

A Great place to stay! I found this hotel to be better than I expected located in a rural area. The hotel was surrounded by shops and eateries making it very convenient for me. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful and the breakfast outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

If you are visiting Washington DC this is a perfect location only minutes away from the pentagon and all the memorials. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This hotel is a real bargain for this area.

This is a great hotel if you are visiting the Washington DC area. It is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. You can be to area attractions in minutes.

We have not stayed here before, but probably will do so again. It is one of the nicest Best Western facilities I have visited.

At about 10pm when we arrived, there were several children running around making quite a bit of noise. From the desk clerks actions, it appeared these were her children. Not a good first impression. We had difficulty getting into the room as the front desk clerk did not inform us we needed to enter through the hotel for our first entry rather than from the outside door which was right next to the lobby (there are 2 doors to enter/exit the room from). The room was okay. I did not feel really safe in the room because every time someone came out of their room, it sounded as if they were trying to break into our room. The room was really noise, even late at night and early in the morning you could hear people talking and walking around. The carpet in the room really needed a good cleaning as it left the bottom of my socks black. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. There are a lot of eating places near by (McDonalds, Baskin Robbins, and several restaurants) which is good since their breakfast options aren't all that great. There is also a CVS right next door which is convenient if you forgot to bring any hygiene items. It is a quick drive to DC and several shopping malls. This was an okay hotel but I think I would try a different Best Western the next time I need to go to DC.

It is a nice hotel for the price it has, but the bed was a little old, and the rooms had this weird smell that probably came from the air conditioner filter. My family and I had a lot of fun there, because is really close to the city of Washington DC. Breakfast was definitely an A+, other hotels should learn from Best Western's breakfast service. Good hotel for really cheap.

Hotel has potential but having no shuttle to the Metro makes the location painful for being a tourist in DC. Onsite restaurant is less than to be desired. Bright spot was the pool with a full time lifeguard.
