Let me start out by saying that the breakfast room attendant was the one redeeming factor; she was wonderful about making sure that we were taken care of, and the food choices were quite broad. That said, here are the gripes, in no particular order. 1) The bathroom had mold/mildew due to zero working ventilation. 2) The shampoo and conditioner bottles were so narrow that they "vapor locked" and you couldn't get the stuff out of them. 3) The noise level from the hallway was disturbing and on one occasion, went on all night because of the Amtrak night shift checking in to their rooms. Yes, the bed was comfortable, but it didn't make up for the noise. 4) The room layout was not conducive for two people trying to work. 5) The furnishings were shabby, to be kind, and one of the floor lamps didn't work. 6) The wi-fi was poor.

Breakfast was ok. at best . Eggs with cheese were precooked and to much cheese wrapped in the eggs i would like to see a choice of eggs with cheese or without.

Overall, hotel was on par with similar chains that cater to the moderate budget business traveler. Intermittent wireless connection was an annoyance.

the front desk staff was very good, friendly and understanding. the cleaning staff was another thing. forgetting to request a few extra minutes to check out, a rude man knocked on our door one minute after check out time to demand to know if we were staying an extra day. one minute. calm down buddy. i phoned the front desk and they were friendly about it, so no big harm. but that was rude. the location was good for where we wanted to be.

Bed was not the most comfortable, and the removed the pull curtain@ the window so bright outside lights were shining in all night our 2nd night there, and I guess because we are discounted thru you one dose not get a bottle of water on check in.

nice place would stay there again when traveling back to the area

We stayed 2 nights. Hotel is clean, modern, and easy to access off I-95. The breakfast is good both for quality and variety. The air conditioning works very well, but it would be nice if the fan weren't so noisy and it didn't automatically reset down to 70 degrees at 3 PM. The alarm clock went off at 3AM the first night - we hadn't touched it! The breakfast staff had trouble keeping up. Orange and cranberry juices both ran out the second morning. We rate the place above average and would stay there again.

Everything was awesome - but the walls are a little thin - we could hear the guy coughing and sneezing next door!

Great staff. Wonderful homemade cookies in lobby and rooms very nice.

From check-in to check-out our experience was great, with unexpected snow the staff cleaned the parking lot to make it safe for us to come and go safely . We will stay at this location next time we are in the area again.

This hotel was a dream come true. We were able to get last minute rooms so we could escape the creepy one we had reservations at. The desk clerk was so wonderful. She identified a problem with our reservation and went out of her way to correct it. The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was spacious, comfortable and the bed was awesome. It even has a nice pool area and a wonderful complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is nicely furnished and was close to my business destination.

arrived late at night, check in was fast and friendly, room was as requested w 2 queens and a pull out couch, which had bedding with it. Bathroom was clean and well stocked, breakfast in the morning was decent, and overall a very good experience.

I have been staying here for several weeks now for work but will be moving to another hotel. The wireless internet has never worked although the wired connection does. I just like to be able to sit on my bed and do my internet stuff and it should not be advertised if it does not work. The breakfast never changes and is "carb hell". The side door has never locked which is a safety concern. The fitness center is extremely limited and there is not television. There is a wall mount for one but no TV. Also, the beds are terriblly uncomfortable. Staff is freindly and the location worked well for me but from here on out I'm sacraficing a 30 minute drive in order to stay a at a hotel that has better breakfast options, doors that lock, more comfortable beds and a better fitness center.

Room was clean and quiet. Free breakfast was better than most hotels offer.

Room was nice, but no hot water in the morning made stay disappointing. Staff was apologetic but not very willing to correct problem

Since the hotel was full when we checked in we did end up with a room right next to the elevator but I didnt hear it all that night while we were sleeping. The person who checked us in was very nice, room was clean and what I have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast the next morning was great.

The hotel is great and the staff was very helpful. I ask for a local place to eat and the recommendation was perfect.
