First off the front desk and breakfast attendants couldn't have been nicer!!! We stayed four nights and everyone was great! Very clean, nice indoor pool. The breakfast area was nice and later in the day a quite place to sit relax and talk.

It's right off the highway and convenience to local business. It has everything that the Holiday Inn express offers. The rooms are clean. Parking is free. We come for a week every year because it has what a business travel needs.

Our family was on a recent trip to the Cal Ripken Experience and there was a booking confusion between Expedia and Holiday Inn Express. The woman behind the desk, Nicole, was very helpful and empathetic. She immediately got the manager Keyur Patel, who explained the situation and handled the mishap. He was able to get us a reservation at the correct hotel quickly and saved my son from a weekend away from his teammates. Moral of the story is to book through the hotel directly!! Thank you again for your patience and help!! Although we didnt stay here, we will keep it on the list in the future.

We just returned from a 2 night stay at this Holiday Inn express. The hotel was very nice; very clean. We arrived around 7pm to check in and it went very smoothly. Once we went to the room, we found there were not enough towels for all of us to shower/bathe (it was myself, my husband and our toddler son and only 2 large towels were in the bathroom) so we tried to call housekeeping but no one answered the phone. We then called the front desk, but again, no answer. I went downstairs to the front desk and the same employee who checked us in was there. I asked for more towels and then told him that we tried to call both housekeeping and the front desk (him) but no one answered. He basically just shrugged his shoulders and asked how many towels we needed. He didn't address the issue of no one picking up the phone at either extension. He just gave me the impression that he didn't really care that no one was picking up the phone at housekeeping or the front desk when we needed something. The following day, we brought our breakfast to the room while we finished getting ready for the day and left the tray and our garbage in a neat pile on the desk, since it didn't fit in the garbage can in the room. We figured when housekeeping cleaned the room for the day, they would dispose of it. We also had some take out containers from dinner the night before in that pile to be disposed of as well. We returned around 9:30pm after being out all day, and the room was cleaned but all of that garbage on the desk and the tray was not disposed of. My husband went downstairs with the garbage and the tray and spoke to the same employee as I spoke to the night before and questioned why the garbage was not disposed of. He basically just shrugged his shoulders again and did not really give an answer why it was not thrown out when the room was cleaned earlier that day. He really just didn't seem to care. My husband went to get some water from the vending machine next to the front desk and the only thing left in the vending machine was regular Coca Cola- water bottles, as well as other sodas in the vending machine were all sold out. My husband proceeded to tell the employee that most beverages in the vending machine were sold out and, again, gave my husband the impression that he really didn't care. My husband mentioned to him about the towel complaint I had the night before and he told him that there is another extension to dial (besides the front desk) if housekeeping didn't pick up, since they have been having some phone troubles. However, this information was not relayed upon check in or when I brought the issue to his attention the night before. We do travel a lot and I've never really had the experience that the employees didn't care when an issue was brought to their attention. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. The free breakfast was very good and plentiful and the free wifi and free parking were a plus as well. It was very quiet in our room and the bed was comfortable as well.

Quiet, spacious room with comfortable king bed though the pillows were chopped foam and too soft for our liking. Good sized bathroom Nice heated indoor pool and breakfast buffet included. Easy highway access. Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff.

We stopped on our way to NJ, the hotel is convenient to the highway. The young lady on the late shift was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The room also picked up a lot of noise from the parking lot and other guest rooms. It was clean and safe but not a first choice.

Overall I was fairly satisfied. Stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend tournament at Cal Ripken. It was reasonably close to the stadium and many restaurants. A few complaints. The rooms we had were a bit musty, just a bit. Secondly the breakfast staff allowed a homeless guy to eat at the breakfast buffet. Now before people think I'm cruel I will say I'm not against helping people in need however the guy was angry, talking to himself, smelled and banging on one of the limited breakfast tables. They could of hooked him up with some food outside or somewhere else but I was a bit nervous when he was around my kids.

Visit the area regularly. Still searching for an acceptable hotel in the area. This was not it. . This was no different to any of the other options. Rooms basic. Breakfast average. Service average. Gym basic.

The hotel is on a street with a ba-zillion other hotels. It's not too far from a main road, but it wasn't very noisy from street traffic. Other than street traffic is was extremely quiet. It was also very clean and looked more modern than some others from the IHG chain I've recently stayed in. The staff was friendly, breakfast was standard IHG fare. If we were returning to the area, we would select this hotel again.

Recently stayed at this location and lost my wallet before I had to leave. Told the front desk and they called me the next day to say they found it with everything still in. Great service all the way around. Thanks again!
