Clean room, did the job for a reasonably priced place to stay for the night.

We booked the evening of our stay, website indicated free continental breakfast & it was fair price and conveniently located. The staff was nice, the room was clean but next morning for breakfast it wasn't continental breakfast - it was grab and go food, not bad but not what we expected. It was instant oatmeal, pre-packaged muffins and snack bars and coffee and only served until 930 - definitely should offer coffee longer.

I was doubled bill for my room and it took over an hour to get it cleared up with the staff even after showing them my credit card bill.

The hotel staff was nice and friendly. The hotel accommodations were perfect for a quick overnight. The value was great.

Always stay here on my visit fron Tennessee. Always a sure thing.

The first room we were put in was not clean! The second was, but the door was ajar when we got there.

We enjoyed the extra room, and having a little kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. Very cozy. Plan to stay here again next trip.

I wasn't expecting bells and whistles from this hotel, but I wasn't expecting to find the previous occupant's food in the refrigerator and around the room. The front desk said that the room had been cleaned, but all of the soaps were unwrapped. It appeared that the sheet and towels had been switched out. So I returned to the front desk and requested a different room. When we arrived at the new room the door was held open by the security latch. We entered anyways to find what appeared to be a clean room. We only stayed the one night. Due to my mistake in booking we had to get a second room for the children to sleep in and the front desk was not very accommodating. I had at to ask all the questions to secure a second room. There are a few hotels right in this exit of 95 so we will probably choose a different one next time.

Well, to start off I would like to applaud the hotel. As a first timer in Maryland I have to say I was uneasy going in and left well rested and pleased with my stay. I had drove 8 hours to get to my destination, upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly and warm smile from young lady at the front desk. My room was clean and nice. I have decided I will stay here from now on everytime I come into to town. My only grump would be I wish they had a bigger breakfast spread.

Nice clean room, near restaurants. Nicely maintained hotel

Comfortable, clean, and good value. Location good in relation to Belcamp/Bel Air businesses. Kitchen supplies inadequate for an extended stay however.

Great value and location near stores and restaurants. Clean hotel.

The lady at the front desk went and cleaned a room to accomodate us since they were sold out. Although we had booked a non-smoking room, we got a smoking room. We were just thankful to have a place to sleep for the night. That being said, the room was nice and clean. We brought our dogs too! The room had all the amenities a business traveler would need. We enjoyed our stay, and would have stayed longer if they had availibility.I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We booked this hotel on line when our power went out after a big storm hit our area. When we arrived at the hotel a young lady was working the counter and looked a bit stressed. The website was not aware that the hotel had sold out and couldn't accomodate any more guests. I told the girl what our situation was, and how we had 2 dogs waiting in the car. She and her co-worker, although responsible for working the front desk, cleaned rooms so that the people coming in would have a place to stay. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Even though we had requested a smoke free room, we were assigned a smoking room. We didn't care at that point because we just needed a place to stay. I'm thankful that this young lady did all that she couldd to accomodate my family. The dogs enjoyed the stay as well, as we all soaked up the air conditioning.

My fiance and I were traveling from purchasing our new puppy and after doing some research we learned that this hotel was pet-friendly. So we figured, this would be a great place to rest our head and prepare us for the trip in the morning. There was a certain smell in our room, but we overlooked it and decided just to crash. In the morning, we let our puppy out of her crate and she instantly runs under the bed. When I find her, she has a used condom in her teeth and I freaked out. It was not our condom!
