I stay here over night for work on occasion, the staff are lovely and friendly and the rooms a big and modern. The beds are comfortable and I get a good nights sleep after a busy day so can't complain. Good value for money, the bar and restaunt is great too can't fault the place!
We checked out of another hotel in town after only 3 hours and came here. We received a very friendly and proffessional welcome and it was great to enter a cool, clean and modern room with all the facilities we needed. Yes we paid for wifi but in our rush to vacate the previous hotel we did not book through Campaniles web site and receive it free. Handy to have a Harvester next door and lots of parking.
First of all, don't view this hotel as a cheap option. It is not. I spent over £1,000 for 4 rooms for 2 nights. The receptionist greeted you with a vacant expression and was not helpful in any form. When asked to make a change her response was I can't do that. When asked to speak to the general manager her response was 'he is only in one day a week, a Monday' so you are left helpless. On arriving to the room the sofa bed that my children were to sleep on was as hard as the floor and not even flat with three varying heights. the sheets were dirty. the restaurant was so hot and we were told the air conditioning didn't work and windows didn't open. Then another member of staff said 'I will put it on then' When I informed another receptionist on check out that I had a complaint he didn't care and his response was just 'ok' Customer service is appalling cleanliness standards poor and staff are untrained, no smiles and a severe lack of customer service. The hotel has no management and the staff don't care.
My first stay with this Hotel chain and I received what I expected. The price was cheaper than others in the area, especially when compared to the Holiday Inn Express just 100 yards away and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The facilities were basic but good, with very good Air Conditioning and Room service if required. Do note that the WIFI is free only if you book for them direct otherwise it costs £8.00 for 24 hour stay. The staff were a little cold and unwelcoming on the Desk, and when I ordered Room service, however Dorian, I believe his name was, on the Bar was fantastic, friendly, talkative and open to actually having a conversation with you. Thank you Dorian, it is appreciated.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our allotted room was on the second floor but unfortunately the lift was out of order. We explained that my husband had difficulty with stairs and the receptionist immediately changed the booking to a ground floor room. No trouble with parking. The room was large and clean. The shower was good. All in all, a nice comfortable stay. We will certainly recommend it to friends.
Budget hotel. Very clean and staff excellent. Hotel is modern but has the bare essentials in the room. No hairdryer, minimal towels. Lots of free parking and Tesla electric charging points in car park. Didnt eat there so cant comment. Bar area spacious and well stocked. Free Wifi for 20mins then chargeable. £3 for 24 hours. Good wifi connection.
On arrival loads of parking and nice looking hotel , reception/restaurant area smart and modern and staff very smart and polite for quick check in . On arrival to room found very clean and presentable but the sofa not made up for 2nd bed. staff members turned up to make up the bed to watch them unfold a sofa into a very poor quality and very uncomfy looking bed hence it was uncomfy hence our little boy ended up sleeping in the main bed with us .bathroom toilet seat very loose and when having a shower the shower head wouldnt stay where it needed to stay plus water leaked out of the pipe at the shower head end so pressure was low.. cant comment on the food has ate at the harvester across the road
Parking for electric and 'standard' vehicles free as long as you pop your registration number into the machine at reception. Hotel nice and bright, fresh looking. Clean. Rooms are a good size with good sized bathrooms. We had a faulty sink (wouldn't drain) and within 10mins of contacting reception someone had visited room to have a look, couldn't be fixed quickly so they moved our room. Very quick resolution. Staff very polite and helpful. Would stay again.
Reception staff don't understand English. Room ok but not great, a little bit grubby around the edges. Tea&coffee tray slightly lacking. The holiday inn across the road is MUCH nicer for not a lot more money.
Such a great friendly welcome by cosmina at the reception , nice clean place spotlessly clean rooms and not a hint of motorway noise , can highly recommend a stop off here ! Stopped here for 3 nights and a nice atmosphere decent breakfasts it's not luxury but it's cheap and clean , what more could you ask for after a tiring day !
