Stayed here with the family and was made very welcome . Very friendly staff and very attentive. Would defiantly stay again . Rooms are a good size and the bed was very comfy . Downside was the view but that can couldn’t be helped as the building across the road is being knocked down . They do do breakfast for a small extra charge but we didn’t take this up as we have fussy eaters in our family . Across the road is a big shopping complex . Just up the street is the beach

Hotel is in a great location. We received a very warm welcome and all the staff were very helpful. Food very good. Hotel could do with some TLC but under new management and they seem to be making improvements. Had a fun weekend with friends. Unfortunately not suitable for people unable to manage steps and stairs.

Spent a couple of nights at the Broadway and was very impressed. The service and quality of the breakfast is among the best we've had in the years visiting Llandudno. Didn't try evening meal as went out both nights but will definitely give it a try when we visit this hotel again. The rooms are a little bit dated which reflects in the price of the rooms, but still more than adequate. We will definitely consider booking the broadway again.

The hotel is under new management and they are trying very hard to make guests welcome and comfortable. We came as a group which included very elderly parents who had stopped previously at one of the big hotels on the promenade. They loved the Broadway, even though the lift kept breaking down and they had to use the stairs. We had really good rooms and the meals were excellent. We would all be happy to stay there again.

We stayed here on Sunday 22nd October to join my brother & his daughter after we stayed at The George Hotel (seafront) on the previous night. Our stay was in room 207 which actually was 2 adjoining rooms as they had no family rooms available. Although I was dubious at first, as I prefer our children to be in the same room as us, it had an external door into the hotel & 2 internal doors seperated by a small hallway. Breakfast was lovely, cooked to order & plentiful. We have booked again for Nov 4th as there are fireworks at the pier and we preferred our rooms at The Broadway to the shoebox we were charged £150 for on the Saturday night. A lovely family stay, thank you.

Stayed here due to watching a show at the Venue Cymru and booked through On arrival I was warmly welcomed and the owners were only to happy to assist and look after my keys during my stay. The room was basic but comfortable and it was very useful to have toiletries provided, however I did bring my own. No issues with sleeping and the bed was sufficiently comfortable. Breakfast was particularly generous and I really liked the fact that a "Self Service" Full English buffet was provided, rather than having pre-portioned breakfast. Overall an excellent stay and I really recommend this to anyone who is visiting Llandudno for a short stay, or particularly to see a show, you will be well looked after!

stayed 2 nights . hotel has been taken over and i could see the new owners are starting to upgrade which is excellent as the hotel is very outdated .Very central to shops and the promenade. pros rooms good size and the beds very clean and comfy. breakfast was cooked to perfection. we had our dog with us so was great he could be in room. Staff reception and bar staff very friendly always had a smile when met. cons parking if not in first is a big problem but you can park a short distance from the hotel. Not suitable if you are disabled but owner is very helpfull in showing you where to park. would go back when upgraded.

This hotel is under new management (quite recent, early September) and modernisation are planned. However it was great as we found it- staff very friendly and helpful especially as we have a small baby. The room was spacious and spotless. The location is excellent, very close to the seafront. And breakfast was also very very good; a useful indicator was the poached eggs, which are hard to get right but were done perfect here! This is a lovely hotel and will only improve with the people in charge now.

Although on first sight it looks a bit dated, this is very deceiving! A warm welcome was given and owners and staff were very friendly and helpful! My single room had quite an old bathroom but was very clean as was the bedding! Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of cereals, yoghurt, juices and a cooked breakfast with very tasty sausage and bacon! Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely people! Truly enjoyable stay and excellent value for money. It is also in a prime location near to cafes, bars, shops and walking distance to pier and theatre!

Booked a double room for my daughter and I for two nights. We received a warm welcome the decor is dated, but the room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding good quality. Breakfast was wonderful excellent choice of fruit and cereals. Top quality sausage and bacon. We paid £5 per night to park and we're able to walk everywhere due to the central location. Would stay again. Thank you.
