Hotel building is very old and rooms are kind of dirty and small. I didn't expect much for the price I paid. I won't book it again for sure.

very old construction on the side of a busy freeway..

Very friendly staff. Would stay here again. 12:00 check out.

The bathroom had ugly smell. The room was too small

I love the hotel though it is a low profile one. The hotel needs upgrade to meet up with other La Quinta hotel; for example one one near River walk. Secondly I noted a roach in our room. it needs to be treated; even if it is for low profile it has to be decent. modernization of bath tub is needed and if you agree to give continental breakfast, it has to be rich not waffle and other insignificant meals. It needs omelet and also becans too.

We were looking for a great deal but wanted the room to be clean and safe. This is the perfect spot. The hotel is older, but was still clean and the staff were fantastic. They even brought us toilet paper at 1:30am when we ran out. You can't ask for anything better than that!! I will definately stay here again.

It was clean and there were no issues. However, with La Quinta I expected an elevator, fridge in the room and at least scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast. If you're on the budget it's OK and there is even a pool.

First impression was that it looks like a cheap motel, staff was friendly at check in but onces in side the room, room smell musty like wet dog, and internet was not working, i had to sprey some fragance on the room, brakefast was good but the last day the waffle maker broke, hotel needs updating, and at night truck drivers were park outside in the parking lot and too much movement at late hours, i felt my car was gonna get brocken into, but i guess you get what you pay for.

i wouldn't stay again. Should of just stayed at motel 6 and saved money. room is small. restroom is even smaller. housekeeping didn't do a good job. parking lot is small had to park at side street. o also the trains passed by all morning Saturday and Sunday starting at 5am.

Arrived at the hotel..staff was very courteous! Room was clean, amenities was good(waffles, cereal, juice), was able to get my room of choice and park outside my door. Only concerns some outlets didn't work, pool was the not set up for use(still dirty) and the hotel is near the railroad tracks. Heard the train go by at least 2 or 3 times. Must be able to sleep with a train passing by-very loud. I would recommend.

THE LOCATION WAS NOT BAD AT ALL, IT WAS BOOKED FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKENDK DUE TO IT BEING ST. PATTYS DAY WEEKEND. WAFFLES EVERY MORNING AND A GREAT MEXICAN RESTATURANT NEXT DOOR. THE ONLY BAD WAS THAT THE TRAIN PASSES RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSTATE SO THAT MIGHT DISTURB SOME SLEEP, BUT NOT FOR US. OVER ALL I WOULD RECOMMEND IT. VERY CLEAN ROOM AND CLEAN LINEN.

HD Flatscreens in every room...internet access was good.

We came here for an Air Force graduation at Lackland AFB, didn't realize the distance was so far from the base. We had to travel long distances back and forth and did get lost several times. We had tons of problems with the hotel. Due to noise problems being right next to the freeway led to sleepless nights finally had enough of the noise and not to mention the internet wasn't working in the room we switched rooms after two sleepless nights, Should of have asked to move sooner finally got a good night sleeps and the internet did work. Overall the hotel is in a bad location not easy to get to all. The trip was enjoyable except for the hotel I was even ready to pay for another hotel closer to the base for one night. I will never and I mean never stay at another La Qinta Inn hotel was dirty the second room had cobwebs in the bathroom. Employees not the friendliest either. I was just overly disappointed with this hotel

I just needed a place for one night because my sons band was at state marching competition for the day and I didn't want to drive there and back in one day... 6 hour round trip. It was great and everyone was friendly. Lots of fast food places around so plenty of choices for dinner for someone in San Antonio by themselves for the night!!!

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The complementary breakfast had a good variety. Convenient to Ft. Sam Houston. Rooms seemed to be well insulated from Hwy and nearby railroad noise.Good place for the money

bus load of tourists making lots of noise, broken beer bottle from second level walkway almost hit my rental car. Train is very loud and blows whistle.

The staff was very helpful!!

This location is behind nested layers of split-lane highways, so getting to the motel involves navigating a maze of one-way streets in a neighborhood of industrial warehouses. Although refinished with modern surfaces, the building is older and it shows in the cramped bathroom and the poor fit of the room door, as well as the non-electronic lock. It was apparent from the smell that the room had been occupied by smokers in the past. Staff seemed solicitous & ready to help although I had no requests during my stay. I would look for another hotel on a second visit, although if I needed to be especially conservative with my money and this worked I could stay here again.

The hotel its self was nice and very clean, they seemed to have a roach problem. They were falling off of the ceiling and into the bed. All over the bathroom etc. Staff was also very nice.
