Wonderful! Clean & almost too comfortable! After checking in there was an issue with keys working. Staff immediately took care of the problem.

I should have stayed at one of the budget hotels. The lobby area and staff were nice enough. However upon walking into my room the supposed non-smoking room had a smell of old cigarette smoke, the kind that might be years old and will never come out. Rooms definitely need updating and and the bathroom had lots of staining. I think the room was cleaned well enough (other than apparently no one looks at the bathroom ceiling light) but it's just showing age. Seems like a place that was probably pretty nice 20 years ago. This all might have been a bit more acceptable if it was the cheapest place in town but the room was 50% more than the cheapest places in the area. Also, the room was on the second floor which has it's door on a walkway/balcony looking out over the parking lot. There is a ceiling to floor window looking out beside the door allows people walking by to see into the room when the curtain is open. I noticed the only way to get the curtain to actually block people looking in was to hook it on the room door handle. Otherwise there is a mirror perfectly positioned to see the bed past the crack on the edge of the curtain.

Nice conference rooms, but sleeping rooms have uncomfortable beds, outdated everything, and smelled smoky.

Breakfast was great. Room couldn't have been more comfortable, and clean.

A great location from the exit @ 80. Friendly & helpful staff.

All the hotels in that area seemed to be pretty expensive. Didn't stay in North Platte long enough to find out why, just a quick trip for us. The beds were comfy, the breakfast good and the people nice, but the rooms were very old and not updated or nice at all.

We needed a great loaction to stay on our way home from Colorado to Wisconsin. We got the location right but the hotel was not so great. There was mold in the corners in the shower and the ceiling in the pool area was rusting and falling apart. You get what you pay for!

My boyfriend and I stayed in North Platte, NE Quality Inn & Suites on our way back to ND from TX, It was only an overnight stay but overall everything was average. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and hard, but it is located at the heart of all restaurants and right next to a Starbucks. The breakfast was good. The staff was beyond rude, when I was checking out the night desk MANAGER greeted me with a "What?" and then I asked him if he'd like the room key back he said "I don't care" The breakfast staff was two young kids who did nothing but flirt in the corner.

Very good for the price. Staff was friendly. Hotel was a bit out of the way. I was very satisfied.

When I booked the room it was flagged non-smoking. I called on the way to verify and I was told the room was non-smoking. When I got to the hotel I was told the room booked was a smoking room. She handled the situation quickly and I was accomadated...fortunately they weren't full. The location was great and the room was comfortable however, we were lucky the weather wasn't extreme. We were unable to use the air/heating unit due to an outlet that was out of order.

Next to to a Perkins, close to the interstate, and in general close to everything. For the most part this hotel was OK there were alot of Drunks walking the hall at 2am but what the heck it is Nebraska. The breakfast buffett was suppose to run until 9:30 it was taken down and completely cleaned by 9:25 Hotel mgmt did try to help the 2-3 of us that did not get breakfast. Nice staff except for breakfast guy that was mad at us for making him work later

Hotel needs renovated. Carpets are very worn. Beds are uncomfortable.

Room was not clean, and wasn't provided with the room that was selected. Breakfast was cold.

Our room was so nice...wish we could have stayed longer!

would not recommend eating at the Canteen Bar and Grille, attached to the hotel. Food is average and prices high.

My family and I only stayed overnight in this hotel, but it was quite comfortable and very reasonably priced. Perfect for our needs.

The room was nice for the price. Service was fine. But we found several bugs crawling throughout the rooms.

There was a lot of noise outside of our room the entire night. Many motorcyclists were staying the same night as us, and the noise from the bikes lasted well into the night. The breakfast was average, but it was free.

Check-in was easy, the breakfast had been reviewed already as "nothing to write home about" I would add that the coffee was pretty poor and the meal was nothing more than adequate for human consumption. Everyone was nice, we took advantage of the local resturaunts, a very laid back town.

The hotel room needed updating. The pool was adequate but cold. The free breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. The price of the room was average and maybe a little overpriced.
