Very close to interstate and restaurants. Fast and friendly check in. Clean lobby, elevator, halls, room, and bathroom. We stayed in a room with a king and a queen bed. Huge plus for us! Quiet area with a neat lake and park just a short walk away. Breakfast was awesome. Omelet, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, waffles, French toast, and the potatoes were amazing. Overall great stay! We didn’t have time for the pool but looked clean and clear! The staff was also friendly and helpful! Never stayed at a Best Western Plus but I will again.
The young lady who checked us in was the most friendly, polite and delightful person I've seen in the hospitality industry in years! After a 7 day road trip and seeing sullen and discourteous staff at most of our stops she was a most welcome change. The facility was clean and stylish. The breakfast was the best on our trip. I could not recommend this property any higher.

The pool and fitness room are open 24/7 which is great for those of us who arrive late and/or leave early. Breakfast was bountiful. Room was large and clean. The whole hotel seemed new, and overall floor plan was open and spacious. Very pleasant.

Hallway to the room was littered with debri and dirt. I would rate the room as average, but small. It was also a bit dirty. Lastly, this is a pet friendly hotel, so beware. I heard dogs barking several times throughout the night and one guest couple brought three little dogs into the eating area while they ate. Plenty of other lodging options in North Platte if you wish to avoid the BW.
Had problem with the air conditioner going off at night and not able to turn it back on.
It was handy, had pool for the kids and was able to accommodate our three families.
Great hotel, very clean. Breakfast was delicious and filling before a long day of driving. Finding parking when arriving late at night was difficult as there were several vehicles with trailers booking multiple spaces.
Clean suites, enough room for family of 2 adults and 4 kids and 2 little dogs. Nice bike/walking trail close by too!
