Rivertide Suites Hotel

We loved staying at rivertide suites! The room itself was awesome, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, with a view! The beach and all the fun stuff in downtown seaside were all within walking distance. So was Phannie Phatt's, a delicious Hawaiian restaurant. The breakfast was good, each day alternating with a hot dish of biscuits & gravy or French toast. And there was a managers reception in the evenings where you could have a few glasses of wine or beer. We would totally stay there again.

We stay in Seaside at least twice a year. We've stayed in many places around town over the years. Rivertide Suites are hands-down the most pleasant place we have stayed. The rooms are spacious and the complete modern kitchens are a real bonus. The bed was very comfortable as was the other furniture in the room. Only drawback to the facilities was that there is only one elevator and it is heavily used so wait times can be rather long. But of course the stairs always work so we used them frequently. All in all, a lovely place to stay in Seaside.

The Rivertide was an excellent hotel! The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice!

Apron arriving at the hotel the lobby was filthy and desk clerk was very rude I will NEVER stay here again the room was supposed to have a King bed it had small queen

We loved everything about Rivertide and it is awesome.

We enjoyed our one-night stay very much. The staff, room, and facilities were excellent.

Loved, loved our stay! We were treated as family as well as our dog! Pool was warm and very much appreciated and used by my grand daughter :) Excellent location and great free breakfast as well! Best place in town!

The hotel is clean, quite, and in short walking distance to the beach. The 2 bedroom suite was a great price and allowed our precious bodies to rest and relax like a family of young kids NEEDS! The room was clean and comfortable with only a small complaint that the pullout bed was rather springy, lumpy, and squeaky. The pool isn't updated like the rest of the hotel but it was a small shallow end which is perfect for new swimmers. We loved it here!

Confort level was a little off the folding beds are hard to sleep on you can feel the springs other than that I loved my stay ! Great price

Room was great and big. Everything you could need for a stay. Only downfall is that you can't smoke on your balcony. Or on the property at all. Although the hotel was nice, I would stay somewhere else next time just because of this fact. $500 fee for smoking on your balcony....

Hotel was close enogh to the beach. Pool was great for the kids. Jacuzzi tubs were outdated. The water would get low and the jets would shoot water across the bathroom when one shifted positions. pretty funny. I'd stay there again.

This place had everything you could imagine that you might need. Fully loaded kitchen, full size refrigerator and stove , jacuzzi tub/shower combo, fireplace and comfy bed with overhead fan.

nice clean rooms didn't have enough parking was there on a busy weekend

The hotel was way better than expected, we will be back! It was clean, spacious, and a full kitchen with utensils . It is close to everything what more could you ask for. I gage that they require you to write a certain amount on these reviews so now I am just taking up space!!!!!!! Book it it's a great hotel you won't be sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel suite was large with great bathrooms, comfortable beds and views of river. Walking distance to shops and beach. I would definitely stay here again

Friendly staff. Excellent manager's social. Fantastic continental breakfast. The room was beautiful!

Would recommend this place to anyone! Nice town; perfect place to stay.

Great service from a very friendly staff! Tracy was so welcoming on the phone, and all the desk staff was so friendly. Loved the marshmallow package and highly recommend you take advantage of it!

Staff was wonderful and helpful, room was very nice with everything you need including a washer and dryer. Bed was very comfortable.

Great experience. 2 bedroom suite was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids
